Job Summary:

As a Marketing and Customer Analytics Analyst, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of analytics solutions for clients. Your role will involve conducting user experience assessments, managing data processes, and delivering actionable insights to improve marketing initiatives and customer journeys.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user experience assessments on websites/apps and provide recommendations to optimize analytics stacks.
  • Gather business requirements and translate complex functional, technical, and business needs into architectural designs and solution blueprints.
  • Manage processes for capturing, storing, using, and tracking online activity data from multiple channels.
  • Use consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to integrate analytics technologies into clients' digital platforms and achieve business results.
  • Analyze integration aspects between web analytics and allied systems like websites, apps, campaign managers, audience managers, Firebase, and tag managers.
  • Plan and design digital analytics/clickstream data inclusion in customer 360 views and provide frameworks, solutions, architectures, and roadmaps for clients.
  • Understand customer journeys and current trends to provide recommendations for improving marketing initiatives, personalization, and advertising strategies.
  • Identify, scope, and partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work with technology teams to orchestrate and implement integrations, including API-based integrations.
  • Understand and convey the impact of regulations like HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR on marketing channels.
  • Mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders and projects with strong project management skills.
  • Drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the digital marketing platform space.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must Have Skills: website/app and marketing analytics tools like Adobe Analytics (Priority), Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Adobe CJA, NetInsight, Appsflyer, WebTrends, Optimizely, SEMRush, and Firebase.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering and executing technical/functional design solutions.
  • Good to Have Skills: Experience with tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium), Ads conversion pixels, DMPs, and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Google Data Studio.

Your experience counts

  • Bachelor's degree completed; MBA is highly desirable.
  • Advanced level of English and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • +3 years of proven working experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing, web, and customer analytics across industries such as E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
  • Experience in projects with Adobe Platforms.
  • Strong understanding of collaboration between web/app analytics and other marketing, advertising, and personalization technologies.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Experience working with Ads Data Hub, ad platforms, and their APIs (e.g., Google API, Facebook Conversion API).
  • Hands-on functional consulting experience preferably in Adobe marketing processes, campaign lifecycles, and integration with other MarTech platforms implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience
  • Good consulting, techno-functional and project management experience is preferred.

The SAP Specialist will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing SAP solutions in key modules to enable Digital Transformation and integrate automation into industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP solutions across various modules, including but not limited to SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP MM (Material Management), SAP QM (Quality Management), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), and SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management), SAP FICO.
  • Configure and customize SAP modules to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and quality standards in the implementation of SAP solutions.
  • Additional Responsibilities (as Needed)
  • Drive the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, real-time data analytics, and automation, to enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement in industrial processes through SAP solutions.

    Responsibilities
    • Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect/Project Lead and support with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal or ERP assessment requests.
    • Engaging with the Client and designing new business processes based on customer requirements, scoping, discovering, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet expectations.
    • Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems across SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies.
    • Driving enterprise business, application and integration architecture.
    • Assisting clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance.
    • Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations.
    • Developing our offerings and assets and participate in pre-sales activities.
    • Mentoring and developing our people and contributing to asset creations and knowledge sharing sessions.
    Required Skills and Capabilities
    • Coverage across core SCM in key industries such as Products, Resources, and Public Services with good appreciation of Finance interplay, deep awareness of Tech aspects like MDM, MDG, Deployments, Data Strategy etc.
    • In-depth understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, is hands-on and can drive effective solutions for clients.
    • Drive GTM activities and support development of capabilities.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of SAP solutions.
    • Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation.
    • The ability to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market.
    • Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement.
    • Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.

    • Working experience across: Led business workshops and roadmap sessions in defining a solution blueprint for Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain Management processes in an SAP S/4 environment. Expertise in S/4 HANA Order to Cash, SCM, and cross functional integration with other modules. Cross-module Integration knowledge with Third party planning tools, Ability to drive requirement gathering sessions and discussions with business stakeholders and IT in terms of adoption of SAP capabilities offered in S/4 HANA in line with Best practices and provide a point of view on transformation/ migrations/ changes from current SAP ECC or other legacy ERPs.
    • Demonstrated functional specialization in Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management areas for various industry scenarios. Experienced in contributing to BD/proposals as SME and to lead/guide team across active engagements. Experience in working on practice initiatives, asset creations, conducting knowledge sessions.
    • Expertise in implementing SAP across various industry sectors.
    • Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP Public Cloud or SaaS offerings. Experience in working across a Hybrid ERP environment comprising both SAP on-prem and SAP SaaS solutions.
    • Led and delivered large-scale transformation and / or migration of SAP ECC and other legacy ERPs to the new SAP S/4 HANA architecture. Deep appreciation of one/more of the functional areas of Sales & Distribution – O2C, Supply Chain Management. Experience in using one/many approaches for phased migration and transformation to SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution & Supply Chain Management through SLT or BODS or other techniques. Demonstrated expertise in an Hybrid ERP environment comprising various flavor of SAP and other 3rd party ERPs.
    • Understanding of SAP’s integration approach and methods such as SAP PI or SAP Cloud Integration platform. Understanding of SAP Leonardo platform w.r.t IoT, AI and ML.
    • Expertise in creation of business case, functional prototypes in demonstrating the value and impact of an SAP S/4 deployment, business value assessment for an implementation (either greenfield or brownfield) of SAP S/4 HANA. Real life experience in using components from SAP Activate methodology as part of program implementation.

    Actualmente estamos solicitando: Director – Management Consulting.

    Responsibilities
    • Diseñar y liderar proyectos de transformación empresarial, mejora de procesos y rediseño organizacional.
    • Identificar deficiencias y oportunidades dentro de estructuras operativas, procesos y modelos de negocio de los clientes.
    • Fungir como mentor y líder para el equipo de consultores y gerentes, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño y desarrollo profesional.
    • Interactuar directamente con C-Level (CEO, CFO, COO) de empresas clientes.
    • Participar activamente en la identificación y generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
    • Contribuir a la construcción del portafolio de servicios del área de Management Consulting.
    • Aplicar herramientas de análisis de procesos, KPIs y gestión del cambio.
    • Dominio de herramientas de presentación y análisis: PowerPoint, Excel avanzado, Power BI (deseable).
    • Gestionar proyectos de implementación de software de Gestión empresarial (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc).
    Qualifications
    • Título universitario (obligatorio) – Preferencia por Tecnología de Información, Computación, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, o afines.
    • Deseable: Maestría o MBA (nacional o internacional).
    • Deseable: Conocimiento de metodología de ventas Strategic Selling.
    • Inglés Conversacional y escrito Avanzado (se harán entrevistas en inglés).
    • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia profesional, al menos 5 en consultoría de negocios o transformación organizacional.
    • Experiencia probada liderando proyectos de gran escala en transformación de modelos de negocio, mejora de procesos, eficiencia y reingeniería organizacional.
    • Experiencia previa en firmas de consultoría (Big Four o similares) y desarrollo de equipos de alto desempeño.
    • Experiencia en implementación de software de Gestión empresarial (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc).

    Business Strategy Associate

    What will your mission be?

    As a Business Strategy Associate at VEMO, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across our public charging network. This is an ideal opportunity for early-career professionals with strong analytical and business acumen who are eager to make a meaningful impact.

    Your main responsibilities
    • Contributing to the design and evaluation of commercial strategies by zone or product, including pricing models and new revenue streams.
    • Supporting the financial and operational analysis of strategic projects, including CAPEX and OPEX impact on hub-level profitability.
    • Structuring and monitoring key strategic initiatives across VEMO, acting as a liaison between multiple teams.
    • Supporting the design, automation, and delivery of internal and external reporting tools in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
    • Reducing the analytical workload of the VCN team by serving as an internal strategic capability during peak demand periods.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement governance frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure efficient execution of strategic plans.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Desirable: Background or training in Consulting, Strategic Finance, or Business Strategy.
    Professional Experience
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, financial planning, or corporate strategy.
    • Experience at highly valued firms.
    • Experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital is a plus.
    Technical Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify complex challenges.
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
