**Purpose**:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Brand Design to lead, mentor, and grow our team of Brand Designers. This person will be responsible for ensuring that our visual identity is consistent, compelling, and aligned with Kueski’s core values across all touchpoints. **Key Responsibilities**:
- The Senior Manager of Brand Design works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain cohesive brand guidelines and ensure our brand’s visual identity is consistently applied across all materials and platforms. This person is a mentor and trusted advisor to the Brand Designers, providing feedback, guidance, and fostering their professional growth. This role requires a mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise.
- Directly manage and support a team of Brand Designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to elevate the quality of their work.
- Foster a collaborative environment where designers feel inspired to innovate and push creative boundaries.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in design craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Oversee the creation, refinement, and implementation of comprehensive brand design guidelines that reflect the company’s visual identity.
- Ensure all visual materials align with these brand standards to create a consistent and cohesive brand experience.
- Regularly assess and update the guidelines to maintain relevance in the market.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and other key departments to ensure the brand is accurately represented across all channels and materials.
- Provide design direction and support on high-priority projects, ensuring the output aligns with strategic goals.
- Drive alignment between creative vision and business objectives, ensuring designs are not only beautiful but also effective.
- Be the go-to expert for design best practices, providing hands-on advice and critique to help the team refine their craft.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the team’s design standards.
- Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Identify areas for professional development and offer coaching and mentorship to foster the team's skill sets.
- Help build a positive, inclusive, and inspiring team culture.
**Position Requirements**:
- 7+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of branding projects.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing design teams, with a proven track record of mentorship and team development.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, especially in tech, fintech, or related industries.
- Experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines across multiple platforms and mediums (digital, print, video, etc.).
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and other design fundamentals.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality, delivering high-quality design solutions that align with business goals.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for helping others develop their skills and careers.
- Collaborative and open-minded approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Step up as our **Brand Design Sr Manager** and join our **Latin America Design team!** In this role, you'll help coordinate brand design efforts for some of our key global brands, working closely with the Head of Design Latam. **Your Mission: What You Will Do**
+ Drive the Design vision and strategies for Oral Care brands, ensuring business alignment and brand strategy.
+ Oversee external creative agencies and manage design projects from start to finish, including budget and contractor resources.

+ Proven ability to develop and implement successful global brand design strategies to life.
