Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for working in close partnership with procurement, planning, supplier development, logistics, product management and IT to improve the supply chain operations. The Analyst is responsible for data gathering (extract, entry, sorting, filtering, etc.), in-depth analysis and reporting in support of the Supply Chain department. The incumbent uses quantitative and analytical approaches to draw and represent data in a usable format for decision making by the team. The position plays a critical role in identifying opportunities to add value to the supply chain, pursue improved or new functionality, and drive continuous improvement across the entire business supply chain.
Technical Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain, manufacturing, or equivalent management experience in a fast-paced, discrete, multi-process environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ERP (Oracle preferred) and/or MRP systems.
- High degree of skill level in usage of Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, or Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning or related roles within manufacturing organizations.
- Experience in Power BI, statistical applications, logistics software packages is preferred.
- Experience in any functions of the Supply Chain (Sourcing, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Shipping and Logistics, Receiving) is a plus. Experience and/or demonstrated understanding of internal customer requirements at a manufacturing facility is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role
We're hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and process automation across Terabase's global supply chain organization. This role will help us make smarter, faster, data-informed decisions by building dashboards, cleaning and modeling data, and applying AI tools to reduce manual work and improve visibility.
You'll work closely with Sourcing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and IT to provide critical insights into supplier performance, spend, inventory, logistics, and planning. Ideal candidates are Excel and Power BI experts with a strong grasp of supply chain data, and a proactive mindset around automation, accuracy, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI for sourcing, supplier performance, logistics, and cost tracking

- Clean and structure raw data from multiple sources (ERP, shared drives, spreadsheets) to enable consistent reporting

Qualifications

To optimize supply chain operations by managing daily planning, warehouse and consignment inventories, and logistics for Weidmann. How you'll make an impact…
- Utilizing customer forecast and/or MRP data, plan and maintain customer material inventory needs to ensure consistent supply to their warehouses.
- Execute purchase orders in SAP based on schedules to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Manage customers' material inventories, including consignment stock, to maintain optimal levels and meet objectives.
- Review and analyze Customer MRP's to determine appropriate replenishment levels.
- Place orders with Weidmann sites and third-party vendors to maintain appropriate inventories.

- Oversee the import/export of goods across North America, working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers as needed.
- Review and approve vendor invoices and work with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by: analyzing and updating safety stock, monthly inventory reconciliations, develop and execute plans for aged inventory and support annual physical inventories at third-party warehouses, which may include travel
- Process invoices in SAP for shipped materials to ensure accurate and timely accounting.
- Act as the primary contact for consignment inventory customers, addressing needs, resolving issues, and coordinating material returns.
- Ensure accurate data entry in the materials module to generate essential reports and purchase orders.
- Approve invoices issued by supply chain suppliers to ensure their timely accounting.
- Oversee the logistics process to ensure timely transfer and delivery of materials.
- Support high-quality deliverables and meet business goals within established timelines.
- Serve as the key liaison among WETI, WTEM, manufacturing plants, sales teams, logistics, customer service, and customers. Facilitate the development of cross-functional plans to improve customer satisfaction by effectively meeting their requirements.
What Do You Bring…
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, or Business Management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, with a focus on purchasing and inventory management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Must be Fluent in English and Spanish.
