This leadership role is responsible for safeguarding the organization’s global technology ecosystem by directing IT Security and Security Operations (SecOps). Accountabilities
  • Lead and oversee IT Security and Security Operations teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise security strategy.
  • Act as system owner for security platforms such as ZTNA, SWG, DLP, EDR, and enterprise browsers.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, partnering with stakeholders and vendors to remediate risks.
  • Define and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.

  • Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for security incidents and investigations.

A large retail & commercial bank is looking for two ServiceNow SecOps Analysts to join their team for Vulnerability Management. The role can be fully REMOTE in Mexico or the US. The bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. POSITION SUMMARY:
In this client - facing role, you will support business leaders in the successful selection, configuration, implementation and sustainment of EHS and sustainability management information systems. You will also provide objective, independent advice on off-the-shelf or custom-built, third-party technologies and knowledge of the market presence of these technologies within our clients. (Training will be provided.) The successful candidate will have effective client communication skills and a passion for sustainability and technology, with an educational background in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Theoretical Business or professional experience with software implementation. Ideally, you will have successfully completed university courses that provided exposure to and experience with Environmental software or environmental studies in order to further develop a deep understanding of global EHS and sustainability business capabilities, regulatory requirements and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate EHS&S Management Information Systems (EMIS) available on the market, including assisting clients with system requirements and software selection.
  • Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution; Implement EMIS software for clients worldwide, assisting with system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement and improvements as required to meet overall business objectives of clients.
  • Support consultant teams that configure/deploy environmental health, safety and sustainability solutions; specific activities include drafting and publishing system design documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.
  • Participate in system support and training documentation teams, and prepare and present training to internal consultants and client system users.
  • Apply functional and technical skill to configure EMIS software; serve as subject matter expert to provide escalation point for production issues.
  • Map and analyze end-to-end business processes within third party and proprietary systems as well as integration with EHS&S Management Information Systems software, following formal IT guidelines.
  • Facilitate management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems.
  • Serve as a power user of collaborative technology, and champion new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical architectures (i.e. Sphera, Enablon, Intelex, SAI Global EHS 360, Cority, and other EHS&S software systems.)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree holder in an environmental or technical field such as Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Theoretical Business.
  • Diversified information technology background and knowledge of EHS software, methodologies, domains and technology an advantage but not required. ● Work with business stakeholders to identify ecommerce and D2C requirements, documenting them into actionable technical specications.
● Analyze gaps in current platforms and propose IT-driven improvements to enhance scalability, usability, and performance in ecommerce ecosystems.
**Solution Delivery & Implementation:**
● Oversee the development lifecycle of IT solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
● Collaborate with IT development teams and external vendors to manage integrations, testing, and deployments of ecommerce features and enhancements.
**IT Operations & Support for D2C:**
● Lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure high availability of ecommerce systems.
● Establish and monitor KPIs for ecommerce platform performance, collaborating with IT support teams to resolve incidents eciently.
**Technical Leadership & Collaboration:**
● Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
● Provide mentorship to junior IT team members and guide external consultants or contractors on ecommerce-related projects.
**Process Optimization & Innovation:**
● Identify opportunities to streamline ecommerce and D2C processes, focusing on automation, customer satisfaction, and operational eciency.
● Stay informed about emerging ecommerce technologies and recommend innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge. Technical Skills Required
● Advanced prociency with ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools. ● Knowledge and experience with Google Marketing Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
● Experience with ecommerce technical architecture and integrations, including APIs.
● Expertise in React and Node.js fundamentals.
● Advanced PC literacy and familiarity with cloud-based tools and platforms.
**Minimum requirements**
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related eld.
● Experience: ○ 5+ years in IT roles, with specic experience supporting ecommerce and D2C ecosystems from an IT perspective.
○ Proven track record of working with ecommerce platforms (e.g., **VTEX** , Magento, Shopify, etc.) and integrating them with ERP/CRM systems.
○ Solid understanding of digital marketing technologies and customer engagement tools. ● Technical Skills: ○ Experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly **VTEX** , and knowledge of their technical architecture.
○ Familiarity with payment gateways, API integrations, and data privacy/security best practices.
○ Exposure to Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
**Preferred skills and experiences**
eCommerce Platforms:
● Deep understanding of major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Vtex, Magento,
Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce).
○ Understanding in Vtex is a plus
● Experience with integrating eCommerce platforms with other systems (e.g., ERP,
CRM, payment gateways).
Digital Marketing Tools:
● Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads,
Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Marketo).
● Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
Web Technologies:
● Familiarity with web technologies.
○ Proficiency in React and NodeJS fundamentals
● Understanding of web development frameworks and Content Management
Systems (CMS).
Data Analysis and Reporting:
● Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
● Ability to interpret and analyze web analytics and performance metrics.
API Integration:
● Experience with API development and integration.
● Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Database Management:
● Understanding of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Security and Compliance:
● Awareness of eCommerce security best practices.
● Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
