A large retail & commercial bank is looking for two ServiceNow SecOps Analysts to join their team for Vulnerability Management. The role can be fully REMOTE in Mexico or the US. The bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities. The client is looking to integrate Qualys into ServiceNow SecOps module. They will make all enhancements, separate component, ensure all data flows are correct into ServiceNow. After the data is in ServiceNow SecOps they will need to create workflows assigned to specific vulnerabilities for their respective remediation paths. They will hand off to another team to configure these workflows that are logic based and create dashboards. Compensation: $2/hr to 64/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Responsabilidades - Lo que vas a hacer
- Liderar el Programa de Protección de Datos Personales en México, Colombia y Uruguay, en línea con la estrategia global del Grupo.
- Actuar como punto de referencia técnico y estratégico para los Data Protection.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación del programa global de privacidad, adaptándolo a las exigencias normativas de cada mercado local.
- Impulsar el uso efectivo de herramientas corporativas como OneTrust.
- Apoyar iniciativas locales desde su diseño (privacy by design), garantizando la conformidad en todas sus etapas.
- Elaborar y mantener actualizada la documentación local en materia de privacidad.
- Políticas, avisos, cláusulas contractuales, formularios y demás instrumentos exigidos por la normativa vigente.
- Realizar Evaluaciones de Impacto en Protección de Datos (DPIA), análisis de riesgo y evaluaciones de interés legítimo cuando se requiera.
- Coordinar la atención de derechos ARCO (y sus equivalentes locales) con los equipos internos, con foco en agilidad y experiencia del usuario.
- Negociar cláusulas de protección de datos con clientes, socios y proveedores.
- Liderar campañas de concientización y capacitaciones sobre protección de datos y ética en IA.
- Coordinar la gestión de incidentes de datos personales en línea con los protocolos locales y globales.
- Actuar como punto de contacto ante autoridades regulatorias locales, en coordinación con el DPO Regional y Global.
- Mantenerse actualizado(a) sobre la evolución regulatoria y participar activamente en foros profesionales del sector.
Requisitos:
- Escolaridad Lic. Derecho, Compliance, Tecnología o áreas afines.
- Experiencia sólida (mínimo 4 años) en protección de datos, en corporativos multinacionales, despachos o entidades regulatorias.
- Conocimiento de la LFPDPPP (México), la Ley 1581 (Colombia), la normativa uruguaya y el GDPR.
- Inglés fluido (indispensable para colaborar con equipos globales).

- Certificaciones en privacidad (EXIN, IAPP u otras) preferente.

Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor network security systems, including but not limited to WAF, IDS, Bot Management etc. , identify potential security threats and abnormal behavior.
Response: Respond to attacks such as vulnerability exploitation, intrusions, crawlers, webshells, getshells, viruses and conduct emergency treatment and source tracing analysis, and build analysis reports.
SOP Management: Participate in the maintenance and update of the security incident response plan and related operational manuals.
Management of Endpoint Detection Response (EDR): Administer and optimize EDR solutions to detect and respond to endpoint threats.
Implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA): Support the implementation of Zero Trust architecture across the organization.
ISO 27001 ISMS Control Monitoring: Ensure controls related to the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) are effectively in place.
