Responsibilities
Develop and execute best-in-class social media strategies for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and other key occasions to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Drive new initiatives with up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends, monitor competitor activities, and industry developments to drive growth and create optimistic content strategies.
Analyze and report on social media metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and leverage insights to enhance strategies for ongoing improvement.
Work with in-country teams to manage and review local social content calendars. Based on guidance from HQ social media teams, collaborate with agencies and in-house teams to develop high-quality content for social media platforms.
Develop and execute KOL/ influencer campaigns to maximize the social and digital momentum. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, retail, GTM and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns across various channels to support both integrated marketing campaigns and digital campaigns.
This role will also require you to manage agencies to ensure the social and digital campaigns are up to standard.
Be the brand guardian to ensure that all social content is on brand and aligned with the brand guidelines and strategy.
Qualifications
3-5 years’ of experience in social media management and brand marketing Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
Fluent verbal and written English skills, native Spanish speaker. Familiar with Mexican local culture and internet trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Creative, innovative thinker. Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality content production.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness and business results.
Solid hands-on experience in social media strategy, planning and digital activations.
You have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels.
Excellent writing and editing skills. Strong sense of design and aesthetics. Adobe Suite skills are a plus.
Open-minded, entrepreneurial, intellectually curious, self-starter, capable of working independently & collaboratively.
Must have a strong sense of responsibility, ability to work fast-paced environment, and be eager to work & learn alongside colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds.
Full-time 5 working days a week in office; able to attend meetings occasionally with HQ teams based in Beijing during Mexico’s evening time.
Willing to grow and take up more responsibilities as needed by the business.
