Objetivo
El Banquero de Business Banking es el responsable de conocer a todos los clientes de su portafolio promoviendo un modelo de relación a través de una oferta valor para empresas domesticas e internacionales con un servicio personalizado y diferenciado que le permitirá entender y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes de una manera integral a lo largo del tiempo.
Así mismo, es responsable de alcanzar los presupuestos establecidos para su portafolio con los clientes actuales y atracción de nuevos, deberá administrar su cartera, así como gestionarla, acrecentar y rentabilizarla con la finalidad de posicionar a HSBC Banca de Empresas como “El Banco Experto en Comercio y Negocios Internacionales” Los clientes a los que dará atención son los que presentan ventas anuales de 100 Millones de pesos a 800 Millones de pesos (en su mayoría). Estas empresas son medianas y pueden ser nacionales o internacionales con necesidades más sofisticadas de Servicios Financieros.
Funciones
- Administrar la cartera de crédito legacy con los clientes que apliquen
- Promoción de los productos de HSBC Banca de empresas:
- Crédito: Análisis de capital de Trabajo, Maquinaria, Equipo e Instalaciones, Agropecuario, créditos de comercio internacional así como líneas dirigidas de pago a proveedores.
- Tesorería: Cuenta de cheques (moneda nacional) Inversiones y Fondos, Banca por Internet, órdenes de pago, Cobranza Electrónica.
- Seguros: Crédito, bienes inmuebles y protección para dueños y empleados.
- Internacional: Cuenta de cheques (usd), Cambio de divisas (NetFX), forwards, factoraje, Trade, banca electrónica (HSBCnet)
- Nómina
- Gestión de su cartera de clientes, manteniendo las relaciones para asegurar su permanencia en HSBC y buscando oportunidades de negocio nuevas con la cartera existente.
- Realizar las gestiones necesarias el trámite de productos y servicios instruyendo, en su caso, al asesor con el que cuente procurando que dicho trámite se realice en los tiempos de garantía establecidos.
- Asegurar que las operaciones, políticas y procedimientos de operación cumplan con los objetivos y requerimientos del Banco, tanto a corto como a largo plazo.
- Leer, entender y aplicar los principales manuales del banco: FIM, GSM, Código de conducta, manual de crédito, etc.
- Cumplir con las revisiones periódicas, conocimiento del cliente, seguimiento de alertas y detección de riesgos, para evitar riesgo de crimen financiero.
Deberá mantener actualizada y completa todos los documentos y expedientes de los clientes acorde a las políticas del Banco, así como mantener al día los documentos relevantes ante las regulaciones locales y las de Grupo, como es caso del KYC (Know your Customer), Business Review (Identificación del potencial de la empresa), Alertas, Reporte de Vista, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
In this role, NCR VOYIX provides customers with a single point of contact from the moment an incident is reported until it is resolved, managing all aspects of NCR VOYIX Services delivery to the client. The role includes providing analysis and actions that lead to improved customer satisfaction, enhanced service fidelity, and increased profitability.
You must have a thorough understanding of service systems, operations, policies, and customer contract specifics that are used to resolve customer situations. You should be able to quickly identify the next steps in the problem resolution process by leveraging ITIL practices.
This role also involves actively assessing the customer's environment and proactively identifying actions for continuous improvement. Customer Relationship roles can be either stand-alone positions or part of a dedicated Customer Relationship Team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
+ Technical/Vocational certification or High School diploma or, 2-5 years of related experience
+ Detailed oriented, analytical and/or technical experience, preferably within NCR VOYIX Services
+ Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software, excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

We are searching for a Relationship Management Lead who will serve as a key liaison between our Alternative, Urban and Mexican Music partners and internal teams. You will be responsible for maintaining strong, productive relationships, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, and providing support for real-time updates and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and proactive approach to product management in the Alternative, Urban and Mexican Music genres.
What you'll do
- Relationship Management: Maintain close relationships with label day-to-day teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project deliverables. Weekly visits to key clients.
- Campaign Coordination: Ensure all departments are equipped with the necessary tools and support to execute campaign plans effectively.
- Communication: Share regular updates with both internal and external parties on campaign progress, priority release schedules, and other key initiatives.
- Project Management: Ensure plans and campaigns stay on track, responding quickly to action items and maintaining momentum.
- Campaign Execution: Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use reports and data to adapt quickly to emerging trends and increased fan activity, adjusting campaigns as needed.
- Goal Setting: Work with the Relationship Lead to build benchmarks and set campaign goals at the start of each project.
- Artist & Campaign Insights: Stay informed on both high-performing and developing artists, identifying opportunities to increase visibility and performance.
- Company Knowledge: Serve as a reliable, knowledgeable source about company processes, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
- Catalog Optimization: Help optimize label catalogs, especially around key tentpole moments.
- Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Be prepared to jump in and tackle problems as they arise. Find creative solutions to keep projects moving forward. Demonstrate flexibility and balance in support of label needs.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly prepare high-level performance reports on label, artist, and campaign results for the team.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management or campaign coordination. Previous experience product managing directly with labels, third-party agencies, or artist management teams is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to track and interpret release performance, trends, and metrics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to serve as a key liaison between artists, labels, internal teams, and external partners.
- Organization: Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and resolving challenges quickly.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously. A highly organized professional that pays close attention to the details with the abilityto multitask and prioritize to tight deadlines.
- Proactivity: Ability to be proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools, release management software, and project management platforms is highly desirable. You are also experienced in Microsoft Office Suite & Google WorkspaceApplications and are adaptable to new programs.
