Importante multinacional distribuidora y comercializadora de materias primas, está en búsqueda de talento tecnólogo o profesional titulado en áreas administrativas, logísticas,Administrativo / Logística y distribución, con minimo 3 años de experiencia como Coordinador - Despachos- Facturación -Ruteo de transporte para gestionar y garantizar la efectividad en el proceso de facturación, despachos, distribución y entrega de productos con origen de sede a clientes urbanos y nacionales, cumplimiento la promesa de servicio, con calidad, seguridad y maximizando la optimización de los costos.
Condiciones:
1- Cumplir con el nivel académico
2- Contar con experiencia minima de 3 años en Ruteo de Transporte tanto urbano como nacional,negociación de fletes, despachos, facturación, regulación de transporte, además de contar con roles de coordinador
3- Residir en Naucalpan o aledaño

You will execute transportation operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will:
+ Lead transportation related operational activities such as transport planning (load and route planning), track and trace, proof of delivery management, claims, freight billing and pay, pallet management, tender support, third-party performance management, etc.
+ Monitor, verify, update, analyze and report on our company's transportation KPIs and introduce corrective actions to continuously improve our transportation operations
+ Coordinate logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure punctual, timely and in-full deliveries, in accordance to our standard operating procedures
+ Participate and provide input into regular service provider performance reviews
+ Communicate with internal stakeholders on shortages, delays, quality issues, and other losses while permanently analyzing the root causes of recurring problems
+ Participate in project-related and ad hoc tasks in particular in connection with (CI) projects and tenders and capacity management

El Coordinador de transporte será la figura competente para supervisar y facilitar las operaciones de la cadena de suministro del PDC.
Actividades principales:
- Coordinar y monitorear las operaciones de la cadena de suministro.
- Garantizar que las instalaciones, los activos y las comunicaciones se utilicen de forma eficaz.
- Utilización de la TI de logística para optimizar los procedimientos.
- Comunicación con proveedores y distribuidor.
- Generación de KPI’s para medición de servicios del transportista.
- Revisión de facturación de la logística.
- Monitoreo de operaciones de importación, exportación y distribución.
Cualificaciones:
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años con proveedores de transporte.
- Experiencia en planificación de rutas logísticas.
- Conocimiento en legislación, regulaciones y normas aduaneras.
- Conocimiento sólido de las leyes y regulaciones de transporte.
- Conocimiento de certificación OEA.

- Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, support reduction of write-offs and constantly look for opportunities to improve productivity.
- Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management.
- Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, especially advanced Excel.
- Enjoys teamwork.
- Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset.
- Analytical thinking.
- Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Requisitos del puesto
Educación mínima: Universitario con título.
Experiencia previa en Administración de transportes de personal, control de accesos, seguridad electronica.
Conocimientos avanzados de inglés deseable, conocimiento de francés es una ventaja
Habilidades en la gestión de rutas de transporte y capital humano.
Habilidad para la resolución de problemas de manera efectiva.
Responsabilidades del puesto
Coordinar y supervisar el transporte de personal de manera eficiente.
Gestionar las rutas de transporte para optimizar tiempos y recursos.
Colaborar en la gestión del capital humano relacionado con el transporte de personal.
Resolver problemas y conflictos que puedan surgir durante el transporte de manera rápida y efectiva.
Monitorear las rutas de transporte asi como el personal que las opera
Verificar los accesos y registro de seguridad al ingreso de los usuarios
Manejo de flotas de transporte
