+ Administración y gestión de recurso TE, ejecutado vía agencia, realizando procesos de licitación, solicitud de presupuesto, ejecución de dicho presupuesto y la comprobación del gasto efectivo.

We have 2 open positions that strategically manage and develop the relationship with:
1) Telmex as the primary client, and desirably with Telcel
2) TotalPlay as the primary client.
Maximizing sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through consultative selling of advanced fiber optic solutions for Tier 1 networks. The KAM will be responsible for deeply understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, managing the Forecast accurately, and leading the execution of complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Open position 1):
Strategic Key Account Management (Telmex & Telcel):
- Develop and execute medium-to-long-term strategic account plans for Telmex (mandatory) and Telcel (desirable).
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with high-level stakeholders in the client’s technical, procurement, and strategic areas.
- Thoroughly understand Telmex/Telcel’s business, strategy, technical challenges, and technology roadmap.

Strategic Key Account Management (TotalPlay):
- Develop and execute medium-to-long-term strategic account plans for Izzi (mandatory).
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with high-level stakeholders in the client’s technical, procurement, and strategic areas.
- Thoroughly understand Izzi business, strategy, technical challenges, and technology roadmap.
Consultative Sales of Fiber Optic Solutions:
- Identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities for fiber optic solutions in access and transport networks (FTTH, FTTx, Backbone) targeting Tier 1 clients.
- Leverage technical knowledge (ODN, FTTH, optical networks, etc.) to present comprehensive solutions, differentiated value propositions, and robust technical arguments.
- Prepare and present complex technical-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close profitable deals.
Forecast Management and Planning:
- Develop, update, and manage the sales forecast (pipeline) for assigned accounts with high accuracy.
- Monitor opportunity progress and provide regular predictive reports on revenue, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Planning and Operations to ensure forecast feasibility and compliance.
Internal Coordination and Leadership:
- Act as the "Account CEO" internally, leading and coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Legal) to ensure flawless solution execution and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities.
CRM and Sales Process Management:
- Follow and optimize established sales processes.
Market and Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and relevant new technologies for assigned accounts.
- Provide critical feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer insights.
Essential Requirements (Must Have):
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in complex commercial roles (Key Account Manager, Strategic Accounts Manager, Technical Sales) within the Telecommunications sector , preferably with infrastructure vendors .
- Clients: Demonstrable experience managing high-complexity/high-volume strategic accounts. Proven experience working directly with Telmex or TotalPlay as a primary client. Experience with Telcel will be a significant advantage (Desirable).
- Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge and ability to speak authoritatively about: Fiber Optic Networks (FTTH, FTTx), ODN (Optical Distribution Network), access technologies, optical transport networks. Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into commercial solutions.
- Languages: Advanced English (C1 or higher), verifiable. Essential for communication with headquarters, global suppliers, technical documentation, and international meetings.
- Forecast Management: Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and fulfilling sales forecasts for key accounts.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated experience in consultative sales, complex negotiation, closing large contracts, and building long-term strategic relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, Systems) or Business Administration. Master’s degree (MBA or technical) desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
We have 2 open positions that strategically manage and develop the relationship with:
1) Telmex as the primary client, and desirably with Telcel
2) TotalPlay as the primary client.
Maximizing sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through consultative selling of advanced fiber optic solutions for Tier 1 networks. The KAM will be responsible for deeply understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, managing the Forecast accurately, and leading the execution of complex technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Open position 1):
Strategic Key Account Management (Telmex & Telcel):
- Develop and execute medium-to-long-term strategic account plans for Telmex (mandatory) and Telcel (desirable).
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with high-level stakeholders in the client’s technical, procurement, and strategic areas.
- Thoroughly understand Telmex/Telcel’s business, strategy, technical challenges, and technology roadmap.
Open position 2):
Strategic Key Account Management (TotalPlay):
- Develop and execute medium-to-long-term strategic account plans for Izzi (mandatory).
- Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with high-level stakeholders in the client’s technical, procurement, and strategic areas.
- Thoroughly understand Izzi business, strategy, technical challenges, and technology roadmap.
Consultative Sales of Fiber Optic Solutions:
- Identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities for fiber optic solutions in access and transport networks (FTTH, FTTx, Backbone) targeting Tier 1 clients.
- Leverage technical knowledge (ODN, FTTH, optical networks, etc.) to present comprehensive solutions, differentiated value propositions, and robust technical arguments.
- Prepare and present complex technical-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close profitable deals.
Forecast Management and Planning:
- Develop, update, and manage the sales forecast (pipeline) for assigned accounts with high accuracy.
- Monitor opportunity progress and provide regular predictive reports on revenue, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Planning and Operations to ensure forecast feasibility and compliance.
Internal Coordination and Leadership:
- Act as the "Account CEO" internally, leading and coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Legal) to ensure flawless solution execution and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities.
CRM and Sales Process Management:
- Follow and optimize established sales processes.
Market and Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and relevant new technologies for assigned accounts.
- Provide critical feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer insights.
Essential Requirements (Must Have):
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in complex commercial roles (Key Account Manager, Strategic Accounts Manager, Technical Sales) within the Telecommunications sector, preferably with infrastructure vendors.
- Clients: Demonstrable experience managing high-complexity/high-volume strategic accounts. Proven experience working directly with Telmex or TotalPlay as a primary client. Experience with Telcel will be a significant advantage (Desirable).
- Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge and ability to speak authoritatively about: Fiber Optic Networks (FTTH, FTTx), ODN (Optical Distribution Network), access technologies, optical transport networks. Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into commercial solutions.
- Languages: Advanced English (C1 or higher), verifiable. Essential for communication with headquarters, global suppliers, technical documentation, and international meetings.
- Forecast Management: Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and fulfilling sales forecasts for key accounts.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated experience in consultative sales, complex negotiation, closing large contracts, and building long-term strategic relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, Systems) or Business Administration. Master’s degree (MBA or technical) desirable.
