- Función 2: Analizar y dar seguimiento a los casos generados, documentando los servicios en las plataformas de siniestros indicadas por la compañía y el cliente para asegurar el adecuado registro de los casos.
- Función 3: Cerciorarse que cada uno de los casos sea resuelto y que se realice el cierre de estos; realizando llamadas de seguimiento a los clientes para validar el estatus.
