Job Title

The Product Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining product data for all destinations, including hotels, ground services, and connector integrations. About the Role
  • This position plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence by implementing quality control measures, training staff, and improving processes.
  • The Supervisor will oversee the complete product maintenance process, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow.
  • This includes assigning and tracking the contract loading process, coordinating the RFP process with the Product Development Team, and creating and managing product grids for visibility.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective supplier and customer communication and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills through vendor correspondence, not only in daily operations but also for special projects, clearing reservations, and addressing contract/operational issues.
  • Handle inquiries from reservations and vendors, effectively identifying requestors' needs, researching problems, sourcing solutions, and providing quick, courteous, and logical responses.
  • Oversee training and development programs to maintain high performance within the product operations team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in product operations, data management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in technology and data tools, including Google Docs, Excel, Front, and other data entry systems.
  • Experience working with XML data feeds and the ability to analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data integrations.

What we´re looking for:

  • 10-15 years of leadership experience in the technology industry.
  • Master degree
  • Bilingual: english and spanish
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise technology market trends, and complex problem-solving.
  • Strong executive presence, with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
