Job Description
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating and operating data and analytics solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with audit teams to deliver data and analytics audit services and automated audit procedures using approved tools.
- Deliver audit services for assigned engagement teams and demonstrate understanding and knowledge of specific audit procedures.
- Process data extractions from clients' ERP systems into proprietary tools, including industry/risk assessment routines.
- Identify issues/missing information and manage and follow up on open issues until resolved.
- Troubleshoot data-related problems or specific routines and communicate effectively with audit teams.
- Coordinate with audit engagement teams to obtain necessary data to perform data analytics and audit solutions.
- Utilize MS Office, Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL in hands-on capacity.
- Work with audit teams to analyze results of our services, utilizing analytical and visualization tools to present analytics routines to the engagement team in a user-friendly format.

Como miembro del equipo de Data Management Opella, el Data Integration BI & Analytics Specialist es responsable de garantizar la calidad e integridad de los datos que fluyen desde nuestras fuentes hasta que llegue a los usuarios finales.
Dentro de sus funciones están operar, mantener y actualizar los diversos modelos de datos que se utilizan dentro de la compañía, también recopilar y documentar los requisitos y necesidades comerciales y de negocio para el desarrollo y automatización de nuevas herramientas de BI.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y operar los diversos ETLs de datos
- Asegurar la calidad de la información que se difunde dentro de la compañia
- Participar en las actividades de análisis de negocio para recopilar los requisititos para el desarrollo de informes y dashboards necesarios.
- Traducir los requisitos comerciales en especificaciones técnicas.
- Participar con otros especialistas de negocio y técnicos para integrar los reportes ya desarrollados en un solo modelo de datos.
- Asegúrese de que se implementen controles de cambio solicitados por los equipos de negocio.
- Brindar asistencia técnica y capacitación a otros miembros del equipo.
- Brindar capacitación y asistencia a los usuarios para la generación de informes ad hoc.
- Diseñar e implementar las mejores prácticas tecnológicas, directrices y procesos repetibles.
Experiencia
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia desarrollando e implementando informes y paneles de control a escala empresarial. Incluyendo:
- Trabajar con usuarios en un rol de análisis de requisitos.
- Amplia experiencia con implementaciones de almacenamiento de datos.
- Experiencia en programación / scripting en lenguaje SQL.
- Se requieren excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal (verbal y escrita) para apoyar en entornos de proyectos que incluyen equipos internos y externos.
- Requiere fuertes habilidades analíticas, conceptuales y de resolución de problemas.
- Conocimiento de conceptos de modelado de datos lógicos y Físicos (relacionales y dimensional).
- Conocimientos con la suite de productos de desarrollo de BI de MS como: Power BI, Power Apps etc.
- Conocimiento solido en Snowflake
- Conocimiento solido en Airflow
- Conocimiento solido en Python
- Comprensión de los problemas de integración de datos (validación y limpieza), familiaridad con datos y estructuras.
- Ingeniería en ciencias de datos, Ing. En Sistemas computacionales o Ing. En Business Intelligence.
- Inglés Avanzado.

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

You will also serve as a central point of contact for data integration expertise, ensuring strategic alignment, driving measurable growth, and exceeding performance targets across the digital landscape. Furthermore, you will act as a crucial liaison between global product teams and regional sales/client support teams.
