**Your New Role:**
We are looking for a qualified Data Visualization Developer for web data applications (Analytics App Developer - Streamlit/Shiny + Power BI) who can understand our business requirements and implement the best design interfaces for our stakeholders.
The UI/UX developer will also be expected to support any new application development, dashboard, or report based on sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
**Your Role Accountabilities** :
+ Collect and analyze stakeholders' requirements.
+ Responsible for developing high-quality user interfaces tailored to key audiences.
+ Ideate data storytelling based on business requirements.
+ Create prototypes and present UX demonstrations to internal stakeholders.
+ Take charge of the design development of assigned products from concept to launch (entire product lifecycle).
+ Develop and execute short- and long-term plans.
+ Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
+ To show design concepts, use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
+ Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of visual user interface components.
+ Make page navigation buttons and search fields.
+ Make UI mock-ups and prototypes that demonstrate how dashboards function and look.
+ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
+ Internal teams and significant stakeholders should be given rough drafts to review.
+ Identify and fix user experience issues (e.g. responsiveness)
+ Make layout adjustments based on user input. Follow the requirements for typeface, color, and image style.
+ High-performance reusable components and future-proof front-end frameworks.
+ Create new user-facing features as well as reusable code.
+ Write efficient, performant code to achieve optimal web application performance and scalability.
+ Identify design flaws and provide attractive remedies.
+ Assuring software compatibility and responsiveness across a range of screen resolutions.
+ To reach your objectives, collaborate with product managers and designers.
+ Collaboratively participating in the code review process and aiding other team members
**Qualifications & Experiences:**
+ BA/BS or MA/MS in design related field, or equivalent experience (relevant degree subjects)
+ 3+ years of experience designing and delivering data products in cross-functional teams from start to finish.
+ Experience with Python (for data analysis), R or SQL.
+ Expert knowledge of at least one: Streamlit (preferred) or Shiny (Python or R) and how to add Bootstrap components, CSS styles, HTML.
+ Experience building dashboards: Power BI or Tableau.
+ Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices. Dynamic UI, Authentication.
+ You can produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
+ Self-motivated, a good communicator, able to balance great design while meeting short deadlines.
+ Familiarity with version control & deployment
