Analizar que las operaciones financieras se apeguen a las estrategias de la compañía y con los estándares regulatorios internacionales.

Estudios académicos: Lic. Finanzas, Administración, Contabilidad, Actuaría (Titulado).

Años de experiencia: 3 años en adelante.

Conocimientos Técnicos: Derivados de Commodities y FX, Valuación de derivados, Inversiones, Financiamientos, Regulación para operar derivados.

Idioma: Inglés Avanzado.

Softwares: Excel Avanzado, Outlook, Microsoft Teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.

• Assist in preparing internal meeting documents and presentation drafts
• Enter and verify ERP (SAP) data; resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1-3 years in manufacturing performance analysis
• Costing knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• ERP (SAP), reporting and analysis capability
• English proficiency preferred

**A Day in the Life**
The primary focus of this role is to support capital for a selection of Medtronic manufacturing (MFG) Mexico sites, including business partnering, modeling, planning, reporting, and providing transactional support. This role will partner with other members of the Capital COE to drive efficiencies and standardization across the Medtronic Regional Platforms.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
+ Performs and analyzes financial modeling, economic research, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and/or income statements.
+ Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
+ Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
+ May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit, division or group.
