Your key responsibilities will include.

• Purchase Orders creation to pay BAT suppliers.
• Index receipts & secure the payment to labor unions around México.
• Management of the professional program assistance (PPA) for employees at BAT.
• Dashboard creation, data update & analysis of the PPA benefit for employees.
• Share & create communications for the PPA and Organize digital talks to motivate utilization.
• Update regularly the active union worker list and Register new labor unions & suppliers at BAT.
• Suppliers Document verification to comply with the article #15 of the L.F.T. about specialized product & service suppliers.
• Monthly reports to get the documentation needed and Union labor contract management & organization.
• Generate DC formats from SIRCE about BAT employees trained during the year.

What are we looking for?

• Student of Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or any related field.
• Graduation date for June 2026 to 2027.
• Microsoft Office intermediate (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc).
• Power BI & dashboard creation.
• Results oriented, resilient & responsible.
• Creative, design skills, proactivity & auto-administration.
• Organization and project follow up.
• Curiosity & learning interest
• Communication skills & fluent English.

Como Director de Relaciones Laborales, serás responsable de dar seguimiento a la estrategia y manejo de las relaciones laborales de más 5000 empleados a nivel nacional para todas las plantas de la empresa. Tendrás contacto con los sindicatos para liderar las negociaciones, actualización de LFT, citas conciliatorias y contratos individuales y colectivos.

Requisitos:

Experiencia en creación e implementación de estrategias de relaciones laborales

Experiencia manejando estrategias nacionales, varias plantas de manera simultánea

Inglés avanzado

Experiencia en sector de manufactura

Plus: tener background en derecho laboral, experiencia trabajando en despachos o roles similares.

- Mantener la estabilidad laboral, mediar y solucionar conflictos entre Empresa-Sindicato-Trabajador

- Supervisión y mejora continua a los servicios de comedor, transporte e instalaciones sanitarias

- Responsable de iniciativas que nos permitan reducir el ausentismo y rotación.

- Participar en investigación de actos y condiciones inseguras.
