DescriptionMain responsibilities are:
- Define the IT strategy to support growth, competitive advantage, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation and digitalization needs, and implement effective tech solutions.
- Lead the systems team, manage technological infrastructure and cybersecurity, and coordinate plans and priorities with the business.
- Drive the adoption of agile tools and improve internal processes, ensuring business continuity.
- Oversee operational processes, provide support to clients and users, and improve productivity.
- Manage IT governance, align tech initiatives with business goals, and oversee the budget.
- Coordinate cybersecurity and risk management projects, and propose innovative digital technologies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and collaborate with business areas and the parent company.
Must:
- Studies related to technology
- Leadership expertise in software development teams.
- Over 6 years in leadership or sub-leadership roles
- Technical competencies in system infrastructure, system development and architecture, project management, agile methodologies, and information security
