The Sales Director, Technology Workflows  will drive all aspects of our Services and products' sales lifecycle, support marketing and lead-generation campaigns, and own Customer Success and Journey for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive new business acquisition within the assigned North Latin American region. 
  • Lead sales efforts for ServiceNow’s Technology Workflows solutions. 
  • Drive strategic engagements with enterprise clients to transform IT operations. 
  • Identify and qualify leads, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend strategic ServiceNow solutions. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers at prospective organizations. 
  • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, ensuring all documentation and processes are followed meticulously.

Required Experience and Skills:  


  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience selling professional services within a technology ecosystem, with a strong preference for ServiceNow experience. 
  • Proven track record of successfully selling at least or exceeding $3M+ in professional services and software products per year, exceeding sales targets. 
  • Experience working in a technology channel environment, generating leads, and co-selling through closure with channel partners is a significant plus. 
  • Proven experience in enterprise IT and software sales, ideally within the ServiceNow ecosystem. 
  • Deep understanding of Technology Workflows, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Security Operations (SecOps), DevOps, and Cloud Management. 
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and ROI of technology workflows. 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps tools, and cybersecurity solutions. 
  • Demonstrated success in selling to and negotiating with C-Level executives  and senior decision-makers in enterprise organizations. 
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Required Experience and Skills: 

  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience selling professional services within a technology ecosystem, with a strong preference for ServiceNow experience. 
  • Proven track record of successfully selling at least or exceeding $3M+ in professional services and software products per year, exceeding sales targets. 
  • Experience working in a technology channel environment, generating leads, and co-selling through closure with channel partners is a significant plus. 
  • Proven experience in enterprise IT and software sales, ideally within the ServiceNow ecosystem. 
  • Deep understanding of Technology Workflows, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Security Operations (SecOps), DevOps, and Cloud Management. 
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and ROI of technology workflows. 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps tools, and cybersecurity solutions. 
  • Demonstrated success in selling to and negotiating with C-Level executives and senior decision-makers in enterprise organizations. 
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and execute deal strategy and opportunity management throughout the sales cycle. 
  • Intrinsically motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve ambitious goals. 
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients. 
  • Background in IT operations, consulting, or solution architecture.

At CoreX, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Director with expertise in Technology Workflows for Mexico City with proven experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem. This individual should excel at navigating the technology sales landscape, especially in IT workflows, selling software products and professional services, with a strong track record of success.  

We are seeking an individual with a self-motivated attitude who excels in a result-driven environment, values cultural alignment, and consistently exceeds performance targets. 

The Sales Director, Technology Workflows will drive all aspects of our Services and products' sales lifecycle, support marketing and lead-generation campaigns, and own Customer Success and Journey for existing clients. 

The ideal candidate should have experience selling professional services within a technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive new business acquisition within the assigned North Latin American region. 
  • Lead sales efforts for ServiceNow's Technology Workflows solutions. 
  • Drive strategic engagements with enterprise clients to transform IT operations. 
  • Identify and qualify leads, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend strategic ServiceNow solutions. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers at prospective organizations. 
  • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, ensuring all documentation and processes are followed meticulously. 
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical resources and account managers, to secure successful deal closure.
