Importante grupo gastronómico  se encuentra en búsqueda de un Director de Proyecto en Puebla con experiencia comprobable en el desarrollo, implementación y puesta en marcha de conceptos gastronómicos, preferentemente taquerías, restaurantes o negocios de alimentos y bebidas.

Responsabilidades

* Liderar proyectos de apertura y expansión de unidades de negocio.

* Participar en la conceptualización y desarrollo del modelo operativo de la taquería.

* Coordinar todas las etapas del proyecto desde la planeación hasta la ejecución y puesta en marcha.

* Supervisar presupuestos, cronogramas y recursos asignados.

* Coordinar proveedores, contratistas y equipos multidisciplinarios.

* Implementar procesos operativos, administrativos y de control.

* Diseñar estrategias para optimizar costos, productividad y rentabilidad.

Requisitos

* Licenciatura en Administración, Gastronomía, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios o carrera afín.

* Experiencia mínima de 3 años en dirección o gestión de proyectos dentro del sector restaurantero o alimentos y bebidas.

* Experiencia comprobable participando desde la creación, planeación y apertura de nuevos conceptos gastronómicos.

* Conocimiento en desarrollo de procesos operativos y control de calidad.

* Experiencia en administración de presupuestos y control financiero.

**Educación**
+ Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica/ Biomédica.
+ **Experiencia**
+ Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en industria médica o entornos altamente regulados.

Support the preparation of follow-up documentation and service procedures.
Process Support & Continuous Improvement

Compliance & Procedures

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (administration, business, or related fields preferred) in a related discipline plus two years related work experience.

**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_**
Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi‑product, FDA‑regulated manufacturing organization. + Highly experienced in Production management

 Analyze technical data information of the proposed materials.
 Develop tooling for risk evaluation such as FMEA to determine risks and recommend actions to control or minimize them.
 Project plans (Gantt chart).
 Monthly reports of project progress (CRs), and PMPs.
 Compliance reports and project progress.
 Process capability analysis, (CP, Cpk), cost savings calculation (CIP).
 Coordinate tests with Division laboratories and sterilization tests.
 Visual and physical tests coordination in the metrology lab.
 Production runs coordination for engineering samples or qualification tests (per Protocol and/or PQR).
 Evaluations of materials to be obsolete or scrap and coordinate good incorporation of the materials under change.
 Develop Qualification Protocols and Summaries with objective evidence of the qualification results.
 Coordination with technician personnel of the Plant and Division for clarification of qualification requirements.
 Develop a memorandum of progress about qualifications to suppliers and notifications about
the progress of the project and the identified obstacles to Management.
 Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
**Education and Experience:**
 Engineering Finished preferably.

+ **Shape and execute group sales strategy:** Oversee the hotel's group sales efforts, aligning team priorities and initiatives with annual revenue goals for group rooms and banquets; contribute to the hotel's annual commercial strategy in partnership with commercial and regional leadership teams
+ **Drive commercial performance:** Develop and implement business strategies that contribute to Rooms, Catering, and Event revenue streams, ensuring alignment with the hotel's broader commercial objectives
+ **Set and optimize pricing approach:** Collaborate with commercial leadership to establish group pricing and rate strategies that maximize revenue and competitive market share

As a **Director of Leisure** , you're not just building travel partner relationships to drive revenue - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
+ **Drive leisure sales growth:** Research, develop, and solicit new Free Independent Traveler (FIT) and group tour business while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
+ **Engage in off-site sales activity:** Travel to meet with current and prospective clients to conduct sales calls, deliver proposals, lead site inspections, and close deals.
+ **Represent the property at industry events:** Promote the hotel through attendance at tradeshows, community events, and client entertainment to generate leads and build brand awareness.
+ **Lead property tours and client experiences:** Host site visits and experiences that showcase hotel offerings and help convert prospects into bookings
+ **Inspire and develop the team:** Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
