We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer**
**Requirements:**
· 8 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O
· Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 SCM
· Minimum of 5 years experience with full life cycle implementation of D365FO SCM experience. Design and configure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules including Product Information Management Procurement Production Sales and Inventory Management.
· Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the ERP solution.
· Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents or Functional Requirements Documents.
· Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365.
· Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
· Review design documents data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members.
· Configure D365 for Order Management Item Management Inventory Master Planning Warehousing Procurement Vendor Management Vendor Portal and Manufacturing.
· Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process including training and troubleshooting.
· Develop functional specifications and design documents for customizations and integrations. Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure functional requirements are translated into technical designs

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Leader to oversee the successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics across our Mexico operations. This role will coordinate the entire implementation project — from planning and scoping through go-live and stabilization — ensuring seamless integration of business processes across departments.

The ideal candidate will serve as the central liaison between our internal functional leaders, the Houston-based implementation team, and external consultants. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation or business systems integration, preferably within engineering, EPC, or industrial project environments.
  • Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations (preferably including Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Strong understanding of engineering project controls: cost control, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with legacy SAP systems and data structure.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (fluent in both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or formal project management training.

BlackRock's Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) team is the investment group at the heart of BlackRock's portfolio construction, asset allocation, and active management ecosystem. MASS draws on the full toolkit of index, factor, and alpha-seeking investment capabilities to deliver detailed investment outcomes and innovative alpha insights. **Position Overview**
The Business Management team in MASS coordinates non-investment operations, design and delivery on pivotal initiatives, and ongoing delivery of a robust and scalable operating platform across MASS. MASS is seeking a motivated Associate to join the Business Management team. This position is a Mexico City-based role which requires interaction with many key partners, including Portfolio Management, Product Strategy, Business Operations, Legal & Compliance and Risk & Quantitative Analytics (RQA).   • Implementación de Microsoft Dynamics AX / 365 FO para nuestros clientes, principalmente capacidades de finanzas.
  • Ejecución de servicios puntuales: consultoría, soporte, capacitación.
  • Registrar oportunamente su tiempo de participación en los proyectos.
  • Presentar oportunamente informes de avance de sus proyectos y tareas.
  • Mantenerse capacitado en las versiones más recientes de Dynamics 365 FO.
  • Certificarse y actualizar sus certificaciones cuando sea requerido.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería o Licenciatura.
  • Habilidad analítica.
  • Capacidad de negociación.
  • Capacidad de comunicación.
  • Planeación y organización.
