Responsabilidades
- Diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar modelos de Machine Learning y Deep Learning enfocados en predicción, segmentación, clasificación y detección de anomalías.
- Participar en todo el ciclo de vida de los modelos: desde la exploración de datos, feature engineering, entrenamiento, validación y puesta en producción.
- Colaborar con equipos de negocio, tecnología y datos para transformar necesidades estratégicas en soluciones escalables.

Requisitos
- Carreras en áreas como Ciencias Computacionales, Matemáticas, Física, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Actuaría o afines.
- Experiencia práctica en Machine Learning, Deep Learning y procesamiento de datos a gran escala .
- Conocimiento en librerías y frameworks como TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Experiencia en lenguajes de programación como Python, R o Scala .
- Manejo de entornos de datos en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP).

We’re expanding our People & Culture department in Mexico, and right now we’re looking for a Learning Partner. As a Learning Partner, you will play an integral role in creating, implementing, and facilitating employee development programs in the LatAm region. You will get the flexibility to design and organize training courses by combining creativity, research, and analysis of existing and new materials.
What you will do:
- Learning strategy and planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to identify key learning priorities based on division business strategy and goals.
- Conduct comprehensive division needs analysis by gathering data from stakeholders, employees, and performance, people metrics.
- Learning solution design and development.
- Design and develop tailored learning programs e.g., workshops, external training based on learning needs discovery findings. Provides recommendations on the most appropriate interventions internal and external.
- Lead the implementation of division learning programs, ensuring consistent delivery and regional adaptation.
- Impact measurement and communication. Measure the effectiveness of learning programs using qualitative and quantitative data. Provide necessary reports and dashboards.
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders HRBPs, regional and divisional leaders, and managers to ensure learning solutions are relevant.
- Promote learning and development offerings via various channels, presenting at All Hands and Townhalls, communicating via Slack, division specific channels, running office hours, etc.
- Provides reporting on the training budget utilisation in collaboration with the Learning Coordinator. Consultants on the budget spending options. Reviews budget utilisation with relevant stakeholders.
- Receive and analyse the individual training request and prioritises based on reach how many teams are impacted, scalability can we scale it across several divisions, strategic importance is it a one off thing or aligned with strategic plans. Makes a decision on how to serve the request and informs the requester.
What we expect from you:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, design, and delivery of training and facilitating meetings;
- Experience in tech companies and business partnering experience are beneficial;
- Solid program and project management skills,
- Knowledge of pedagogical design and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training;
- English and Spanish proficiency, Portuguese would be an advantage;
- Demonstrated experience delivering training to a live audience virtually and in person;
- Ability to use and facilitate e-learning authoring tools;
- Developed communication skills, ability to work independently, proactivity and creativity, and technical and business acumen.

The Fulfillment Center Learning Coordinator works with operations managers, area managers, production assistants to coordinate all associate onboarding activities for the site, and must be willing to work day/night shift.
Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which he/she is assigned. This position has a high level of program administrative management. The Distribution Center Learning Coordinator is assigned to the Learning Department and will hold responsibilities specific to that area. Overall responsibilities will include the following functions:
Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate ambassador identification program and track new hire onboarding and ambassador audits
- Coordinate site Associate Experience Week program and assigning Learn Before Doing plans for operations
- Track learning curve and continuous improvement metrics at the site level
- Audit Powered Industrial Equipment Training program and trainer standard work
- Execute training programs for both seasonal and permanent trainers
- Coordinate and facilitate any training related programs
- Manage ticketing system and ensure tickets are closed within expected timeline
- Develop and track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation. Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs
- Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.)
- Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement
- Assess development needs for individuals and groups
- Fully understand workflow and daily production goals
- Ability to solve problems: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve
- Balance and prioritize multiple tasks
- Maintain a positive attitude and presence on the floor
Basic Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or ongoing/completed Bachelor's Degree.
- 1+ year of experience as a trainer or training coordinator in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, food industry, or other industrial environments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel to collect, analyze and present information relevant to the learning area.
- Intermediate English.

The Assistant Learning & Development Manager supports the General Manager in creating a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and performance development. This role is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating learning interventions that align with the hotel's strategic goals.
