We are currently seeking a Enterprise Architect to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Who we're looking for
The primary area of responsibility for this role is to support Strategic Planning including consolidating, creating and sharing the current and future state enterprise architectures. To a smaller extent, this role may also become involved in Strategic Initiatives including enterprise-wide projects, reusing architecture across portfolios, and other special projects.
The person in this role will add thought leadership and velocity to the practice.
What you'll be doing
- Capture and consolidate current-state architecture including data flows between the various systems, and effectively collaborate and share this information across OneTech
- Leverage the enterprise roadmaps created by our ETSA strategy team to help create future state architecture.
- Share and democratize enterprise architecture artifacts and target deliverables to the audiences who will consume them.
- Work closely with our ETSA strategy team, and our Business Architects, to drive holistic and business-driven architecture results.
- Engage and collaborate with our Technical/Portfolio architecture team and our Solution architecture teams.
- Provide enterprise architecture guidance around enterprise-wide platforms including custom platforms.
- Contribute from an architecture perspective to enterprise strategic initiatives.
- Actively engage in special projects to maximize strategic enterprise architecture value to the organization.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, strategy, or another related field
- 6+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience, or other related field experience
- An understanding of the various architecture disciplines that contribute to Enterprise Architecture, including Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Security/Cyber Architecture, Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture, Network Architecture.
- Holistic thinker with the ability to examine vast business ecosystems and deliver value across the strategy execution spectrum
- Ability to abstract and synthesize information and to collaborate across teams
- Deep understanding of how to analyze, apply, and present Enterprise Architecture content to various audiences.
- Experience with defining metrics for a technology practice to measure success of the Enterprise Architecture program
- Personal aptitudes including being creative/innovative, collaborative, proactive, respectful yet persuasive, thinks "big picture" and strategically, with a strong grasp of technology
- Strong communication skills, oral and written, with both technical and business audiences

- TOGAF certified

About the Role:
As a Domain Enterprise Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology

Job Description:
This function will represent Enterprise Architecture in Americas Zone, while ensuring full partnership
with the global Enterprise Architecture teams.
Domain Enterprise Architect will bring a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying
degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and
governance.
Will take on the business-outcome-driven approach representing a shift in course starting with the
business in mind, while enabling the IT Demands, projects, product and business centric platform
initiatives.
Partner with BRMs, Demand Managers, CIOs, PMO’s, solution/platform architects, and delivery
functional representatives including IT/Business leadership and stakeholders.
Lead the business and technical architecture animation and articulation linking to the business
capabilities, processes, IT applications, and services interconnectivity.
Form a trusted relationship with Business and IT Stakeholders, while enabling and accelerating value
driven business outcome.
Contribute to the definition of architecture principles, patterns, position papers and best practices,
while participating in domain governance body and contribute to service KPI and KVI monitoring.
Consult, Co-create and/or deliver architecture design for key demands, projects, products, and
platforms with embedded architect Alliance in partnership with Global Enterprise Architecture and
Global Operations&Finance Domain.
Provide business and technical architecture expertise on-demand to all Business and IT functions,
while positioning as trusted advisor.
Align key business domain stakeholder on relevant architectural topics.
Educate, mentor and train architects, BRMs, Demand Managers, and PMs.
Create, animate, and enhance global and zone community of architects, articulating expert network

Responsibilities:
Build strong relationship with a Business / IT stakeholders including BRMs, Demand Managers, CIOs,
solution/platform architects, Delivery Functional leads, executive leadership, and solution
vendors/partners’, while ensuring continuous learning and knowledge sharing through internal and
external expert network.
Propose and build composable reference architectures, aligned with the enterprise strategy &
representing all layers of the company (business, functional, application, technical, etc.),
Identify the relevant IT solutions, technical platforms and application architectures required to meet
the business needs through Design Authority governance,
Keep abreast of the emerging trends and technologies, evaluate their business value, applicability
and utility to the Group / specific business,
Analyze the impact of the possible integration of new hardware/software solutions within the global
Challenge the sourcing choices to ensure the best compromise in terms of architecture principles,
costs efficiency, time and quality,
Provide guidance on scalability, sustainability, resiliency of solutions including systems integration
Provide the global cartography of the Applications portfolio and propose recommendations to
Understand business drivers and work closely with business to understand their strategy and
translate that into an IT environment.
Partner architecture governance body by reviewing a demand, project, and/or product architecture
and align on improvements/solutions based on best practices and aligned IT Strategic directions.
Contribute to development of the technical specification documents and/or position papers

Minimum 10 to 15 years’ technical experience in IT for CPG, retail, manufacturing, media,

Minimum 5 years in an architect and engineering capacity coordinating complex, multi-group
projects with team members in geographically dispersed location.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle including; waterfall, scrum, and Agile would
Tech platform expertise: SAP S/4HANA, Supply & Planning Platforms, ServiceNow APM/ITBM/ITSM,
API / Apigee - API authentication model (oAuth, SAML federation), Elastic (ELK – Observability
Data warehousing, data governance, DevOps, and cloud services (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) across

Responsible for multiple enterprise projects as a technical expert. This role will work on highly complex ERP projects that require in-depth techno-functional knowledge in the SAP Materials Management modules.
**Job Description**
**Role and Responsibilities**
In this role you will:
+ Contribute to the development of project and data delivery platforms with reusable components across teams that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses.
+ Participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction.
+ Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.

+ Participate in the Enterprise Architecture governance model.

+ Be accountable for Functional & Technical Specification for gaps identified in their respective initiative
+ Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the successful delivery of the project

+ Execute cutover tasks relevant to the Materials stream

+ Own Hypercare support and updates to any technical documentation

**Required**
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with 6 plus years experience implementing SAP solutions in the major Materials Management (MM) modules including IM, WM, LE, EDI in SAP ECC 6.0 and above.
+ Experience MM and integration with SAP FICO, PS, SD, QM, PM, PP, RRB in SAP ECC 6.0 or above.
NOTE: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

**Desired Qualifications**
+ Knowledge in implementing SAP Fiori applications.

+ Demonstrate fair knowledge of technical architecture, design and integrations in the SAP MM landscape and proficient in explaining solutions at depth.
+ Experience sustaining operational stability in ERP applications through various life cycle phases (planning, implementation, steady state, de-commissioning)
+ Able to lead early stage customer interactions, guide customers as they develop confidence and integrate with their legacy technology investments.
+ Programming experience is a plus (ABAP, OOP)

In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $110,700.00 - $165,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
