Position Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Software/ERP Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of our ERP platform. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with business teams, identify opportunities to streamline operations, and leverage modern tools—including AI—to deliver solutions faster.
The ideal candidate is not just a coordinator—they think like an owner, dive into problems, and proactively design and test solutions. You will work across the full lifecycle: gathering requirements, designing user flows and screens, creating PRDs, testing, and coordinating with developers to ensure high-impact, efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ownership & Strategy
- Take full ownership of the ERP roadmap, ensuring the system scales with the company’s needs.
- Act as a product champion: continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and create leverage with automation and AI.
2. Requirements & Design
- Partner with ERP users and leadership to deeply understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

Qualifications
Experience:
- Software Development/CS experience a plus, but not required.

**Education & Experience Requirements:**

As a **Senior Consultant, ERP Authorizations** at Danfoss Group IT, your expertise will be critical in driving secure and efficient utilization of our SAP systems. Mandatory Requirements:
+ 6+ years of progressive experience in SAP authorization specifically within S/4HANA ERP alongside proficiencies in systems such as Fiori, APO, GTS, MDG, BI, and Solution Manager.
+ A proven track record of working on multiple SAP-ERP projects, with at least one significant implementation on SAP S/4HANA.

Authorization Skills:

About the Role:
The ERP Support, will be responsible for providing internal ERP module specific support in one or more functional area for the delivery of small enhancements to ensure immediate technical and functional needs can be quickly addressed.

Activities:
- 1st Level Support for the ERP and take ownership of assignments in order to expedite issue resolution
- Solve ERP specific problems for one or more functional areas and serve as contact person for our internal and external customers
- Strong alignment and collaboration with the CoE Build Team
- Provide process-oriented business analysis in one or more functional areas of End-to-End processes
- Fosters a strong working relationship with customer in order to generate a clear understanding of their needs and concerns; possesses ability to think from clients’ perspective.
- Participates in the delivery of small enhancements of specific business processes within the framework of a global template
- Offer technical solutions to fulfill and implement simple business requirements with standard methods
