Auxiliar de Contabilidad - Excel intermedio o avanzado
Zona a laborar: Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, cerca de Metro Zócalo
Requisitos:
• Tiempo completo Lunes a Viernes y Sábado medio tiempo.
• Licenciatura en contabilidad o afín (trunca o concluida).
• Conocimientos en Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, etc).
• Conocimientos en hacer balances generales en Excel.
• Edad de 30 a 45 años.
Actividades a realizar:
• Alimentar balance general en Excel.
• Control de base de datos en Excel.
• Realizar reportes de contabilidad.
• Trámites en el portal del SAT.
• Apoyo a cuentas por pagar.
• Facturación.
Ofrecemos:
• Sueldo $9,000 brutos.
• Horario Lunes a Viernes 10:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. y Sábado 10:00 a.m. a
3:00 p.m.

Requisitos
· Edad 22 a 50 años
· Escolaridad desde Bachillerato
· Disponibilidad de horario
· Experiencia como inplant operativo, mesa de control, logística o área afín
· Manejo de Excel intermedio- avanzado (Se aplicara prueba)
Actividades
· Generar ordenes de trabajo en SAP para diferentes áreas
· Análisis, seguimiento y comparativos de stock en sistema vs físico
· Trato con clientes internos
· Seguimiento de mercancía nueva y logística inversa (ingresos, ubicaciones, pendientes)
· Generar reportes con porcentaje de cumplimiento
· Manejo de KPI´S
· Control de inventarios, entradas, salidas y apoyo en el área de planeación
· Soporte documental y administrativo en el área operativa, generación de reportes en Excel, acces y SAP
· Tolerancia a la frustración, trabajo por objetivos, comunicación efectiva
Ofrecemos
· Sueldo de $9,000 a $1,000 según aptitudes
· Horarios de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 18:30

We are seeking a Data Entry and Order Processing Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico . While the position is based in GDL, you will be supporting our finance and accounting operations at our headquarters in Tamarac, FL (USA) .
What You Will Do:
Be an essential part of our finance team, helping to keep operations efficient and contributing to the overall success of the company. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and processing purchase orders, ensuring data correctness in our systems
- Managing payments to suppliers, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Following up on pending payments, confirming collections, and reconciling account balances
- Administering collections, tracking clients with outstanding payments, and ensuring timely recoveries
- Performing data entry related to purchase orders, invoicing, and payments
- Organizing and maintaining all necessary financial and administrative documentation
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings
- Collaborating with suppliers and clients on payment and order-related matters
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
What We’re Looking for in You:
- Basic experience or knowledge in data entry, order processing, and related administrative tasks
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems used in the U.S. (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
- Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and precision in work
- Basic understanding of U.S. tax and accounting regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken) – required for communication with U.S. headquarters
