Propósito y Objetivo General:

  • El Responsable de Eventos y Patrocinios diseña, planifica y ejecuta experiencias de marca y activaciones de patrocinio en México. Lo hace asegurando la excelencia creativa, la eficiencia operativa y la alineación con los objetivos de negocio. Lo lleva a cabo a través de la gestión integral de eventos, la negociación y administración de patrocinios, la coordinación con agencias y socios estratégicos, y la colaboración transversal con las áreas internas de Marketing, Medios, PR, Digital y Ventas.

Tus Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar el plan anual de eventos y patrocinios en México.
  • Gestionar la logística y operación de eventos y activaciones.
  • Administrar contratos y negociaciones de patrocinios.

  • Internamente en México, colabora de manera transversal con las áreas de Marketing, Medios, Comunicación, Digital, Ventas y Finanzas para asegurar la correcta planeación, ejecución y medición de los eventos y patrocinios, integrando las activaciones con las estrategias comerciales y de comunicación de cada marca.

Requerimientos del Perfil

  • Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Administración o afín.
  • 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de eventos, patrocinios o marketing experiencial (preferentemente en bebidas espirituosas, lujo o lifestyle).
  • Gestión de eventos y patrocinios: conocimientos sólidos en planeación, producción y ejecución de eventos de marca y activaciones de patrocinio.
  • Marketing y comunicación: comprensión de estrategias de marketing experiencial, brand building y consumer engagement.
  • Negociación y contratos: habilidades para negociar acuerdos comerciales, patrocinios y manejo de proveedores.
  • Gestión de presupuestos: dominio en la elaboración, control y optimización de presupuestos de eventos y patrocinios.
  • Idiomas: inglés avanzado indispensable (oral y escrito).

Position Overview

As Talent Experience Manager , you will operate within our HR framework, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and serving as the dedicated point of contact where team members can confidently bring both workplace satisfaction and safety concerns.   • Develop next gen market strategy for C&I & lead corresponding execution of product go-to-market plans.
  • Work with regional product & sales teams on opportunities to package services for customer segments.

All About You

  • Proven experience commercializing or launching products in the Financial Services/Payments industry.
  • Experience on network processing (switching), authentication and security products is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry, digital payments and security landscape.
  • Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to interact with, build consensus and influence across a variety of internal and external business partners at all levels of leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment.
  • Proven track record of executing on opportunity identification.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree or MBA a plus.
  • Position requires up to 10% travel.
