Overview

Profile : Facebook Ads Specialist. Location : Work from Home/Remote. We are looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist, who will work to help scale social advertising efforts geared towards growing leads and social engagement on a day-to-day basis. This role is for someone who is able to find efficient growth via Facebook.

You thrive in building, maintaining and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and have an experimental and methodological approach. The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance and results-oriented problem-solving. Ultimately, you should be able to handle FB Ads in boosting the brand’s target for each campaign. The job description does not constitute a contract of employment and is subject to managerial discretion.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and execute Facebook ads media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Understanding client's products/services and business goals to target to well-researched audiences
  • Run testing to determine the best-performing ads
  • Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, and attribution.
  • Setup and execution of successful lead generation, conversion and sales campaigns
  • Continuous monitoring of results and improvement of ads
  • Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
  • Work independently using the company’s project management tool to track tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate with clients through the company dashboard, address their content-related queries, and incorporate feedback.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience managing Facebook paid ad campaigns for multiple industries and geographical locations
  • Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.
  • Experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Should know how to set up Google Analytics and Facebook tracking pixels on the website
  • Good written communication skills
  • Ability to do some graphic design work
  • Detailed-oriented and organized

**Your New Role**
The **Campaign Management Coordinator** oversees the end-to-end creation and delivery of thousands of marketing assets each year for HBO/HBOMax across linear, streaming, social, paid media, and off-channel platforms. **Your Role Accountabilities.**
+ Manage all campaign timelines, milestones, and key beats across all campaigns.
+ Schedule, run and recap various production, strategy, and tactical meetings.
+ Meet with various programming/production teams and disseminate all status updates to the wider team.
+ Work with Originals Marketing, Marketing A/V, Promo Planning and Scheduling on campaign promo strategy.

**Qualifications & Experience.**

+ Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com and/or Airtable
+ Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and flexibility
+ Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment's notice
+ Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, ability to think strategically and solve problems

**Your New Role**

**Your new role**
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Coordinator to join our Creative Operations team. This role supports both the Creative Print & Digital team and the Campaign Management Traffic team, helping to manage daily requests and coordinate the delivery of marketing assets for HBO Max campaigns. Role Overview
As Campaign Management & Ad Operations Manager within the Subscriber Acquisition organization, you will be a key operational leader supporting paid media efforts across global efforts for HBO Max, with an operational focus on LATAM. You'll work closely with regional Strategy and Paid Media Investment teams to ensure campaigns are flawlessly executed, billed, and reported. Based in-region, you'll serve as a go-to resource for both the Media Ops & Logistics Specialist and larger Subscriber Acquisition team as the Mexico City hub grows.
You have experience with ad operations (using Google Campaign Manager 360), knowledge of naming convention taxonomy and paid media billing, as well, you're a highly organized, proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and a deep understanding of the paid media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Trafficking: Partner with strategy and buying teams to ensure flawless trafficking of global paid media campaigns, with a focus on LATAM markets. Manage traffic sheets and automation tools to streamline operations along with our trafficking agency team.
Billing & Financial Operations
Collaborate on the paid media billing process, working closely with the team Specialist, including PO creation, invoice reconciliation, and coordination with finance and partner teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Performance Reporting & Insights
Deliver campaign performance reports using tools like Looker and Datorama. Provide actionable insights to optimize acquisition efforts and inform strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams to align paid acquisition efforts with broader promotional strategies and business goals.
Capability Center Leadership
Act as a local leader for the broader Subscriber Acquisition team in this region. While directly managing one shared report, you'll also serve as a trusted resource for other team members based in this location, offering guidance, support, and operational leadership as the team continues to grow.

Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join the Channel Management Division.

The Channel Management Division is responsible for all Aramco corporate channels which includes: website, social media channels, Aramco Life application and print publications.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst your primary role is to leverage data analysis techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including paid and organic efforts across social media platforms and website.

Responsibilities

As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Provide in-depth analysis of social media campaign and website performance
  • Identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  •  Assess the effectiveness of key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Perform detailed audience segmentation and behavior analysis to inform targeting strategies and campaign adjustments.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media and website analytics, including at least 2 years in a role focused on campaign performance reporting and data-driven optimization.
  • Understanding of analytics tools, social media and website insights platforms, and data visualization software.

Right now we are looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our innovative team.


Role Overview:

As a Marketing Account Manager at Topline, you will hold one of the most prestigious positions within our company, providing a significant opportunity to advance your career. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making. This role is crucial for the success of our clients' advertising initiatives and offers a dynamic and rewarding career path.


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients and advise them on strategies to enhance their business growth

- Develop, execute, and manage campaigns across multiple channels

- Utilize Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager, and Microsoft Ad Manager to maximize ROI

- Use Google Sheets and other tools for campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis

- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior using GA4

- Implement and fine-tune conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign success

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with company goals

- Stay updated on advertising and analytics trends, tools, and best practices


Qualifications and Skills:

- B2 or higher English level.

- Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns

- Expertise in Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager, and Microsoft Ad Manager

- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, GA4, and other analytics tools

- Deep understanding of conversion tracking mechanisms and attribution modeling

- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from complex data sets

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc. (highly desirable)
