Nos encontramos en búsqueda de tu talento como: Supply Planning Consultant/ Supply Chain Manager con experiencia como consultor de soluciones, el candidato ideal realizará implementaciones, transformaciones y planificación de la cadena de suministro y tendrá un gran dominio en herramientas de planificación SCM.



Requisitos:

-Expertis en planificación estratégica de la cadena de suministro (indispensable).

-Inglés avanzado C1.

-Dominio de herramientas de planificación como Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Saddle Point, etc.

-Gran familiaridad con las tecnologías y herramientas de planificación de la cadena de suministro.



Experiencia:

-Más de 5 años de experiencia trabajando como arquitecto de soluciones en cualquier herramienta de planificación SCM.

-Deseable experiencia en industrias relacionadas a ciencias biológicas, automotriz o bienes de consumo empaquetados.

-Haber participado en los procesos de la cadena de suministro y diseñó de procesos.

-Experiencia comprobada en planificación estratégica de la cadena de suministro.

-Haber participado como consultor de soluciones en uno o dos proyectos de transformación o implementación de Planificación Digital que incluya planificación de la demanda, planificación de suministros, cadena de suministro, operaciones, planificación de ventas y operaciones, torre de control, colaboración con proveedores, planificación de producción.

-Amplia experiencia en procesos de negocio, con variedad de plataformas de soluciones de planificación de suministro.

Funciones:

-Brindar una consultoría para diseñar, construir e implementar soluciones adecuadas para cada cliente.

-Comprender los requisitos del cliente y diseñar soluciones.

-Definir los requisitos del proyecto, el plan del proyecto y el diseño de la solución.

-Redactar propuestas para los clientes, establecer objetivos y crear un plan de acción.

-Estar involucrado en el proceso comercial de planificación de la cadena de suministro con el cliente.

-Determinar KPIs pertenecientes a las necesidades comerciales del mercado relacionados con E2E MPS, DRP, PPDS y MRP.

-Proporcionar estimaciones sobre requisitos de recursos y trabajos complejos.

-Proporcionar entregables de la solución final al cliente según el diseño.

-Ayudar a los clientes en la selección, implementación y adopción de soluciones de la cadena de suministro.

-Guíe a los clientes sobre las mejores prácticas de la industria / puntos de referencia de procesos.

-Liderar un equipo que trabaja en múltiples proyectos geográficamente dispersos y garantizar que todos los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo.

-Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de cadena de suministro alineadas con los objetivos comerciales.

Objective :

The Supply Chain Lead objective is to oversee inventory levels/accuracy, replenishment signals, parts presentation, and delivery processes in alignment with the overall plant strategy within their specific Business Unit.

Monitor and Coordinate Parts/Inventory

  • Sole point of contact for any parts related outage for their BU
  • Order product from any offsite storage location specific to their BU.

  • Count, tag and catalog items deemed obsolete for their area and send to the PCA for consolidation and disposition
  • Maintain inventory accuracy (OIA-Operational Inventory Accuracy)
  • Support and compliance with CTPAT certification (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT)

Implement Process Improvement

  • Continuous improvement in inventory control within the business unit assigned
  • Coordinate with ME and the Planner in regards to implementing ECN's (i.e. managing serial breaks, setting up new bins and locations, and disposal of old parts, right sized packaging, delivery method and improvement).

Input and Maintain PFEP

  • Own the updating and maintenance of the PFEP for the designated BU
  • Maintain a scorecard for their specific area of responsibility. At a minimum, this would include metrics that track line outages, Inventory DOH, # of items not kitted or on a planned delivery route, and any items that exceed the maximum specified inventory levels.

Job Requirement

  • Experience in material supply chain and/or operations.
  • Understanding of Inventory Control, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Finance.
  • Green belt certification highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience allowed.

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Supply Chain Director is responsible for managing production personnel to maximize quality and output in a manufacturing operation. Accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining cost controls.
Leads and directs the production operation. Collaborates with all relevant departments to determine production goals and communicates targets to assigned department. Establishes production priorities and sequence of manufacturing projects. Reviews manufacturing issues to assess any potential risks to operation. Monitors production output against customer due dates and initiates action to prevent missed commitments. Examines production and operating reports and oversees actions taken to resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems. Ensures awareness of plant personnel in the areas of safety and quality. Reviews programs within these areas and plant compliance records. Makes sure training plans are aligned with areas in need of improvement. Reviews and approves standard operational and working practices. Recommends modifications as appropriate. Approves plant's operational budget. Initiates effective cost control practices. Evaluates and approves recommendations regarding equipment repair and/or replacement.
Lead and Coordinate all Production Planning, Raw Materials Procurement (Planning/Buying), warehouse and shipping operations to ensure:

- Achieving customer demand fulfillment targets, developing & implementing world-class inventory
- Establishes production priorities and sequence of manufacturing projects.
- Management practices, standards & directing global, strategic demand & inventory plans. This position possesses a broad range of responsibilities critical to efficient utilization of resources & inventories to meet demand.
- Managing the central focal point representing the interest of marketing, sales, manufacturing, materials, engineering & finance at corporate international & site levels to assure global enterprise product demand objectives are met.
- Responsible to identify, communicate, and drive corrective actions derived from the execution of the supply plan as it relates to the production planning and logistics activities embedded in duties and responsibilities section.
- Reviews manufacturing issues to assess any potential risks to operation.
- Under the direction of the Plant Manager, directs and coordinates all the manufacturing activities and programs within the Plant.
- He/she manages the day-to-day of Manufacturing/Process Engineering and interacts with the Materials Management in its responsibility areas.
- He/she is responsible for participating in the development and implementation of the transfer plans.
- Coordinates the implementation of new technology and products in the Business Units according to the goals and objectives of the Corporation.
- Establishes the G&O and develops plans for his direct subordinates assigned to the Business Units.
- Develops, maintains and improves all the Business Processes under his/her supervision.
- Participates in the day-to-day of operations with a responsibility in the production of products at the lowest cost, consisting on the specifications of quality control and production programs.
- Develops and participates in strategic decisions of the plant, his/her division and the company.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Responsible for logistic activities such as:
- Receives essentially administrative supervision, with assignments, objectives and deadlines given in general terms.
- Has complete technical and administrative responsibility to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate his/her areas of responsibility.
- Establishes operational goals and objectives in the same line and strategies of the corporation. Prepares programs for projects and coordinates activities to ensure achieving the specifications of the corporate goals and objectives.
- Provides a leadership role in the development and implementation of the world-class manufacturing standards (TAI, JAI, CFM).
- Maintains a link between the people around his/her organization, with the responsibility to act independently in techniques or issues related to his/her area.
- Implements "goal" systems and procedures to ensure that the equipment and machinery comply with the required operational performance and exploitation. Checks the machinery and equipment requirements based on the production programs.
- Determines and watches the implementation of the capital goods improvements.
- Ensures the introduction of new products in compliance with operational G&O.
- Watches the master plan regarding how it relates to the FGI.
- Understands the Materials Management and Logistics.
- Identifies needs and coordinates the development and support of systems, e.g. Materials Management, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Information Management and Independent Partnering.
- Ensures the adequate level of manufacturing, materials and personnel.
- Initiates effective cost control practices.
- From alliances with marketing and sales, he/she provides improvements in products and responds to the needs of the clients.
- Understands the perfection of the precepts of Quality System Regulations (QSR). He/she ensures the compliance with ISO and QSR regulations.
- Provides and establishes a proper environment for the operation within the Plant through the implementation of projects related to the continuous improvement and in compliance with the applicable regulations in all the aspects of the business.
- Takes decisions based on the understanding of multiple departments and of the relation that exists among them.
- Encourages relations influencing on the whole organization in order to unify criteria.
- Manages the operation to ensure the achievement of the CIP and the COGS initiatives.
- Provides leadership to confront the challenges of Diversity.
- Is accountable for the development and implementation of environmental, safety and health programs.
Responsible of Supply Chain Activities such as:
- Know & follow CSS policies & procedures & assure that direct reports know & follow CSS policies & procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
- TRAINING: Complete training in area of responsibility & assure that direct reports are trained in area of responsibility within allowed time-period. Training is required for changes in existing policies & procedures, for new assignments & for implementation of new policies & procedures. Complete required periodic re-training & assure that required periodic re-training takes place for direct reports in areas such as safety & environmental.
- Makes sure training plans are aligned with areas in need of improvement.
- SAFETY: Set standards for safe behavior. Recognize & reward safe behavior in others. Ensure that direct reports employ safe practices. Enforce safety policies & procedures. Evaluate staff member's safety performance & ensure that safety is a part of each direct report's GPMS.
- Provide leadership for supply chain team in developing & completing objectives.
- Coach supply chain team in processes necessary to accomplish properly evaluated schedules & changes with respect to inventories & resources & monitoring same to ensure consumption & production are being accomplished as planned.
- Mentor & coach department associates on career development.
- Provide performance feedback to direct reports on a quarterly basis or more frequently if required.
- Accountable of the process of integrating marketing forecasts into viable schedules that are compatible with the business plan; an efficient use of capacities & resources & incorporate defined inventory levels.
- Accountable to reduce obsolescence excess & slow moving material exposure by direct interface with engineering, materials, manufacturing, marketing & finance in the release of new products & phase-out of old products.
- Establish & assure that monthly product reviews with marketing, materials, manufacturing, & finance directors addressing performance to plan (sales, orders, production), performance deficiencies & recovery plans are conducted.
- Accountable to support physical inventory & cycle count programs as required in support of corporate financial & operations requirement.
- Accountable to develop & maintain operating budgets.
- Ensure demand & inventory management systems are maintained & continuously improved to achieve state-of-the-art business process technology.
- Support ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9000 activities
- Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Achieving customer demand fulfillment targets, developing & implementing world-class inventory.

o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
o Performs other duties assigned as needed
General responsibilities such as:
- Manages his/her Managers (when applies), generating development plans that encourage the permanence in the company. He/she is responsible of all the labor matters of his/her administrative employees.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Reviews and approves standard operational and working practices. Recommends modifications as appropriate.
**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
- Academic degree as a bachelor's in business administration, Pharmacology, Engineering, Materials or related Sciences. Master's degree, preferably.
- Eight (10) to ten (12) years of experiences, preferably in Operations, Manufacturing or related activities, preferably in the field of medical products or pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of three (3) yeas in managerial level, preferably.
- 5 years in at least one of the following disciplines (preferred): materials planning, master scheduling; inventory management, demand management
- 5 years budget development & management experience preferred
Knowledge about launching new products, building construction and beginning of operations, knowledge about Quality Assurance requirements, GMPs, Safety and Environment, building maintenance, planning and finances and Human Resources development, preferably.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS**
Skills:

- APICS (American Production & Inventory Control Society) certification preferred
- Experience with planning, developing & implementing inventory management systems
- Experience with materials management function in a multi-site environment to include demand management (DM), master scheduling (MPS), capacity planning (CRP), material planning (MRP) & inventory control
- International materials management experience is desirable
