• Oversee the planning, development, and launch of multiple websites built on WordPress and other platforms, ensuring they meet client goals and industry standards
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
• Work with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Review and approve all work to ensure accessibility, SEO best practices, and overall quality
• Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes

• At least 2 years of experience managing WordPress development projects in a digital marketing agency
• Professional-level English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field
• Strong knowledge and experience in WordPress development, as well as familiarity with other CMS platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Experience in custom WordPress plugin development project management
• Coding experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other web dev languages

• Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday)

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Junior WordPress Developer to join our Legal Marketing agency. The Junior WordPress Developer is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of WordPress websites.
