The candidate will be the bridge between the client (Internal and external) incidents/inquiries and the multiple key team members within the global organization involved in the incident management flow with focus on functional assessment. This role requires ownership of tickets reported by the client from assignation, till the successful handover for Client's validation (including acknowledgement). When needed, after functional assessment of the incident, the position holder will cooperate with technical experts, consultants, L1/L2 reps, client and other sources to validate and/or confirm the assumptions and facts.
The successful candidate is responsible for the direct analysis and potentially, tasks and actions related to it, including but not limited to: Replication, Master data validation, configuration, business case, reported by the client and/or L1/L2 rep, putting always the resolution and satisfaction of the customer as the highest priority, requiring flexible business hours.
The goals of target of this position include:
- Ensure tickets assigned to the designated queue are analyzed under the internal ITIL based best practices - All tickets with Updates accordingly
- Ensure compliance with the SLAs accordingly - 85%+
- Ensure maintenance of a healthy and professional relationship with Support contacts from clients - 90%+ satisfaction via Surveys
- Ensure business continuity at functional level
Here's How
- Own the Incident management flow related to specific tickets assigned to the role, ensuring compliance with defined SLA. This may require assistance from internal teams, including but not limited to; Sales, Implementation services, Product, Development.
- Proactively look for risks and open tasks and topics that may require attention to prevent escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that quality and professionalism is present within the incident management flow, including but not limited to Written communication, updates via the incident management tool, email communication, verbal communication and documentation.
- Conduct functional assessment, requiring deep understanding of the business flow vs. applications.
- Responsible for applying ITIL based best practices and ensure the use of the globally harmonized processes/ways of working defined by the management team.
- Responsible for escalating problematic topics to technical SME L2 related tasks when in scope
- Join regular calls with client to discuss priority and/or important topics
- Prepare documents and/or emails/notes to clarify knowledge gaps
- Participate in functional discussions that require a consultative approach around the tools
- Actively participate in business related calls and initiatives, representing Consumer Goods service team and involving PMs, Consultants, Product owners, etc. when identifying the need
- Open availability via chat and email, but registering official incidents via incident management tool
*What you bring to this role *
- Fluent English communication skills (Portuguese is a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with clients
- Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry experience
- Customer support and IT experience
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
- Familiarity with Business Implementations
- ITIL experience is preferred
- Strong people skills to handle difficult situations
- Focused on customer satisfaction and results - able to work flexible hours
- Availability to work Mexican Central Time Zone
- Database experience (would be a plus)

This role demands a hands-on leader who brings financial acumen, product (Dynamics 365 & ecosystem) clarity, and data-backed conviction , with a clear bias toward product-standard, scalable solutions and a business-aligned mindset.
A background in finance (B.Com, M.Com, or CA) is essential , along with strong practical awareness of global finance industry trends, domain best practices & compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Functional Architecture
- Own solution design across Finance and PMA modules, ensuring traceability to business goals, compliance standards, and system scalability.
- Align configurations to support key financial structures—multi-entity, multi-currency, and project-based accounting.
- Client Engagement & Discovery
- Plan & lead structured workshops with Finance Directors, Controllers, Project Heads, and Finance Ops teams to gather and prioritize business needs.
- Challenge assumptions, uncover core pain points, and steer discussions toward standard D365 capabilities.
- Fit-Gap & Solution Definition
- Perform detailed fit-gap analysis and drive functional decisions that minimize unnecessary customizations.
- Own the creation of functional specs, process flows, test scenarios, and configuration strategy.
- Project Delivery Leadership
- Collaborate with technical teams, data leads, and integration partners to ensure execution matches design.
- Support CRPs, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the functional SME and single point of contact for all Finance and PMA design decisions.
- Present solution trade-offs and impact assessments clearly to business and IT leadership.
- Team Mentorship & Governance
- Guide and mentor functional consultants, review deliverables, and ensure alignment with solution blueprint and delivery milestones.
- Reporting & Compliance Enablement
- Ensure solution design supports financial reporting, statutory compliance, project performance KPIs, and audit workflows.
- Provide inputs for Management Reporter, Power BI dashboards, and regulatory submissions.
- 10–12 years of experience as core finance member in Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009/2012) and D365 F&O with at least 3–4 full-cycle implementations in Dynamics 365 Finance and Project Management & Accounting (PMA) area.
- Educational background in finance (B.Com, M.Com, or Chartered Accountant) with strong conceptual grounding in accounting and financial processes.
- Deep hands-on expertise in:
- Finance: GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Financial Dimensions, Period Close, Budgeting, Consolidation and other key periodic activities
- PMA: Project setup, contracts, WBS, cost tracking, on-account/milestone billing, revenue recognition, forecasting
- Strong grasp of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and project billing models (time & material, fixed fee, milestone-based).
- Experience with multi-entity rollouts, financial consolidations, and localization requirements.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder-facing communication, and solution articulation skills.
- Proven ability to lead functional workstreams, influence design choices, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Practical exposure to reporting tools (Power BI, Advance excel etc) and data structures required for both operational and financial reporting.
- Preferably experience in project-heavy industries such as professional services
- Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, LCS, and Excel-based integrations

Your Career
As a Manager, Consulting Services, you will lead a distributed team of highly experienced customer-facing consultants and engineers to deliver trusted expertise and drive customer outcomes. You will be instrumental in guiding your team to deliver cutting-edge security solutions while ensuring exceptional service quality, all while aligning with our Professional Services organization's strategic business objectives. This pivotal role demands close collaboration with our sales teams and fostering trusted customer relationships that drive successful security outcomes. You'll also champion continuous service improvement and collaborate with peer services teams to significantly enhance our clients' cybersecurity posture.
This is a highly influential position that blends strategic thought leadership, creative problem-solving, and technical credibility to make a tangible difference.
Your Impact
- Serve as the primary liaison for Professional Services, ensuring service delivery exceeds customer expectations through proactive feedback management and corrective actions
- Champion a customer-first approach across Global Customer Services teams to improve engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure your team deeply understands customer technical needs and builds lasting, trusted relationships
- Partner with Sales to provide strategic input during customer negotiations and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the customer lifecycle
- Drive accurate resource planning and staffing to meet project milestones and quarterly business targets
- Participate in Quarterly Service Reviews (QSRs), sharing insights and gathering client feedback.
- Provide clear, timely updates on key activities, escalations, and issues to customers and internal teams
- Build strong partner relationships focused on aligned goals and shared customer success
- Oversee team utilization, revenue forecasting, and approvals for timesheets and expenses
- Contribute to the strategic alignment of Professional Services offerings
- Lead team operations including hiring, career development, mentorship, and training
Your Experience
- 8+ years experience in professional services/consulting, with at least 3 years leading and building high-performing teams of networking and security technologies such as SASE, Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), and related solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts such as internet security concepts, products, and implementation strategies. You should be able to translate this complex information into clear, understandable terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end project lifecycle management, from pre-sales engagement and SOW creation through project execution and closeout
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Sales, Product, and Services peers to deliver aligned customer outcomes
- Recognized for clear, persuasive communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
- Skilled at translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Valued industry certifications like CISSP, PMP, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks certifications) and strong project management skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer engagements and internal business meetings
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering) or comparable professional experience, including military service
