About the Role : Complete project coordination with internal teams.


Responsibilities :


  • Internal project coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Participate in (internal) meetings to discuss design requirements and project progress.
  • Seek clarification on unclear directives.
  • Make clear any questions or assumptions made on design to supervisor.
  • Make clear any concerns on design to supervisor.
  • Communicate with team members design status of completion.
  • Understand expectations on amount of time to complete project and tasks.
  • Project design direction and code compliance
  • Execute design tasks based on provided project directions and adherence to applicable building codes and regulations using a design software.
  • Ensure designs align with project scope of work.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and vendor specific software to aid in completion of project design.
  • Drafting
  • Complete design in 2D or 3D, depending on supervisor directive.
  • Complete project design using company established design standards.
  • QA/QC
  • Conduct a thorough Quality Assurance/Quality Control self-review for all work completed.
  • Provide Training
  • Provide training and guidance to other designers on drafting standards and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing insights and experiences.
