Join our dynamic boutique team delivering insights across 6 continents

STOP! Before reading further:

This application requires a 2-minute video + CV sent to

No video = No review. We're serious about this!

About MindMarket

We're the boutique research firm that helps Amazon, Google, Meta, and PayPal understand consumers worldwide. With offices in London and Dubai, we turn complex global research into brilliant insights that drive million-dollar decisions.

We're small, elite, and love what we do. Our team thrives on making the impossible possible - delivering world-class research in weeks, not months. And yes, we actually have fun doing it.

The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our growing team under Nydia, our stellar Senior PM. This is your chance to work on fascinating global projects while being part of a team that values both excellence AND enjoying the journey.

What You'll Do

  • Run Global Projects Like a Pro : Juggle 5-10 international research studies simultaneously (think Tokyo focus groups on Monday, Brazilian interviews on Tuesday)
  • Be the Client's Hero : Partner with Fortune 500 brands, making their research dreams come true
  • Coordinate Across Continents : Work with our amazing network of moderators, translators, and partners in 50+ countries
  • Deliver Magic on Deadline : Turn around projects in 2-4 weeks
  • Keep Everyone Smiling : Manage expectations, timelines, and relationships with grace and positivity

You're Our Person If You Have:

Must-Haves:

  • 2-3 years project management experience (research/consulting is a bonus!)
  • Stellar English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Natural ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
  • Experience with international teams and different time zones
  • Genuine enthusiasm for understanding people and cultures
  • Tech-savvy (Monday.com experience = extra points!)

Your Personality:

  • You're the person who brings energy to every call
  • Details excite you rather than drain you
  • You see challenges as puzzles to solve, not problems
  • You're naturally curious about why people do what they do
  • You can stay calm and positive even when three clients need everything "yesterday"

Why MindMarket?

  • Remote Freedom : Work from anywhere (beach, mountains, your couch - we don't judge!)
  • Flexible Hours : Night owl? Early bird? Work when you're at your best
  • Premium Projects : No boring stuff - every project is genuinely interesting
  • Amazing Clients : Work with the world's coolest brands
  • Growth Path : Real opportunity to grow into Senior PM and beyond
  • Small Team, Big Impact : Your ideas matter, your voice is heard
  • Great Compensation : We pay well for exceptional talent

Ready? Here's EXACTLY How to Apply:

STEP 1: Create a 2-minute video where you:

  • Introduce yourself with your best energy
  • Tell us why global research excites you
  • Explain how you will contribute to MindMarket
  • Show us why you're ready for your next adventure

STEP 2: Attach your CV

STEP 3: Send BOTH to Subject line: "Future PM Star - (Your Name)"

CRITICAL: No video = Application deleted unread. We need to see your personality shine!

The video isn't just a filter - it's your chance to show us you can confidently present to clients and bring the positive energy our team thrives on.

Timeline: Great candidates hear back within 48 hours. We're moving fast on this!

P.S. Creating a video feels awkward? We get it! But our PMs present to our clients' senior decision makers regularly. If you can't send us 2 minutes of your awesome self, this might not be the right fit. But if you're ready to show us your spark - we can't wait to meet you!

Descripción Del Trabajo

Project Manager, Sales-to-Delivery (AI SaaS)

Location: Miami, FL (hybrid) or Remote (US time zones)

Team: Ops / Works cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering

Type: Full-time

Why this role

We’re an AI startup building agentic workflows for enterprise customers. We need a hands-on project manager who can run the full sales and implementation lifecycle, owning timelines, clarifying scope, aligning stakeholders, and sending crisp weekly status reports that keep everyone accountable.

What you’ll do

  • Own the lifecycle from pre-sale to post-launch
  • Partner with Sales during discovery to turn business outcomes into clear scope, milestones, risks, and staffing plans.
  • Drive the sales→engineering handoff: PRDs/requirements, acceptance criteria, and a living project plan with dependencies and critical path.
  • Coordinate pilots/POCs and full implementations; manage change requests, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Keep the trains running (and on time)
  • Run standups, milestone reviews, and steering meetings; maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Publish concise weekly status reports (wins, blockers, burn-down, next-week plan, owner + due dates) to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Hold owners accountable for deliverables; escalate early with options and decision requests.
  • Be the single source of truth
  • Build and maintain the master plan (timeline, resources, scope, budget, success metrics).
  • Track KPIs (on-time delivery %, scope change rate, velocity, CSAT, time-to-value) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Standardize templates: SOWs, project plans, risk registers, UAT scripts, runbooks, and RACI matrices.
  • Enable enterprise-grade delivery
  • Partner with Sales on SOWs/LOE, pricing assumptions, and acceptance criteria; ensure alignment with legal, security, and data/privacy requirements.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success for post-launch adoption plans, training, and handoffs.
  • Contribute to repeatable playbooks for industries we serve (e.g., legal, finance, CX, sales operations).

What success looks like (first 90–180 days)

All active projects have a clear plan, RAID, and weekly report cadence.

Time-to-value and on-time delivery trend up; avoidable scope creep trends down.

We have a clean sales→delivery checklist and a “definition of done” used across teams.

Customers describe our delivery as predictable, transparent, and outcomes-driven.

What you bring

Must-haves

  • 4–8+ years in project/program management at a tech startup or delivering enterprise tech/SaaS projects.
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex implementations that span Sales, Engineering, and Customer teams.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise sales motions (e.g., MEDDPICC), SOWs, change control, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication: you write razor-sharp updates and can run a tight steering meeting.
  • Proficiency with modern PM + GTM tools: Jira/Linear, Asana/Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and a BI tool for reporting.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; bias to action; calm under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Domain context in AI/ML or LLM-powered products; familiarity with data pipelines, integrations, and security reviews.
  • Experience in one or more of our focus areas (legal operations, finance, CX, sales ops).
  • Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) are a plus but not required.

How we work

Weekly status reports with clear owners and due dates; dashboards over decks.

Light process, high accountability; we optimize for outcomes and customer value.

We write things down, make decisions quickly, and iterate.
