This position is not just about overseeing projects; it's about inspiring teams, fostering client relationships, and driving analytical excellence. You will be at the forefront of our operational strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact analytics solutions that create tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of analytics professionals, encouraging innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and guiding them through the analytics journey from conception to execution.
  • Drive the operational strategy to scale delivery functions and meet the increasing demands of our growing client base.
  • Ensure a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance our approach to delivery.
  • Manage resource allocation, forecasting, and budgeting to maintain operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Showcase your analytical expertise by championing the development and presentation of insights that drive business decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics consulting or related fields with a focus on delivering high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in building and nurturing client relationships to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
  • Proven capability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Deep understanding of analytics tools and methodologies, with a passion for leveraging innovative solutions to tackle business challenges.
  • A background in team leadership with an emphasis on mentoring and developing talent.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Analytics, or Data Science.
