The Oracle University Talent team is expanding and scaling our college internship program globally. We are seeking an experienced University Talent professional to help lead this effort. This is a true building opportunity where you will design a best-in-class internship program for Oracle’s Mexico and LATAM Summer Interns.

The Oracle University Talent team is expanding and scaling our college internship program globally. We are seeking an experienced University Talent professional to help lead this effort. This is a true building opportunity where you will design a best-in-class internship program for Oracle’s India and APAC Summer Interns. You will work to continuously improve the intern experience, leveraging the voice of our customers, while working side-by-side with business partners, Human Resource and TA peers. This includes every experience from offer accept to the return to campus post internship. You will deliver a world class experience for all interns in APAC and partner closely with your counterparts in Latin America, Europe, and the North America regions. You will build upon the strong existing program to help us scale and expand into new markets.

While working at scale, you will manage the metrics, evaluation and success related to all intern programming. You be responsible for leading the development of new programs to accelerate the ramp and productivity of our early career talent. You will lead a team of Program Managers based in India and be very active in the day-to-day coaching of the team and leading by example through direct involvement with stakeholders.

- Foster a collaborative environment by partnering with University Recruitment, HR and the Business teams, communicating the successes and opportunities of our intern programs.
- Regularly create compelling reports and summaries to inform the Oracle Talent Acquisition, HR, and Line of Business leadership teams on program health and goal tracking.
- Directly manage 2 Program Managers based in the India and partner with peers in other regions. Hold the Intern Program Managers and teams accountable for results and manage performance through 1:1s, connect sessions, performance management assessments and annual reviews. Create an inclusive, engaging and motivating work environment. We are cultivating a positive, empathetic leadership culture and this person will be a key part of that effort.
- Develop change management strategies for programs by identifying key stakeholders, approach, and communication plans for implementation of new processes.
- Lead the execution of intern programs with rigor and precision. Develop new methods and tools to drive repeatable realization of program goals.
- Drive high levels of data hygiene across intern program portfolio. Ensure timely/high quality reporting across all programs to drive business decisions.
- Develop, implement and evaluate intern events and workshops with an emphasis on professional development, networking, and executive engagement to foster student growth and business acumen.
- Partner with various stakeholders across several business units to create effective and meaningful intern experiences including executive speaker series, development and training events and networking opportunities.
- Lead processes that support intern onboarding, housing & relocation, performance evaluations and termination processes.
- Drive manager training and intern evaluation process. Assess and modify program annually based on student feedback and recruiting needs.
- Leverage social media to capture the amazing experiences you are delivering and put your stamp on the Oracle campus brand.
- Partner with APAC, Europe, and the North America University Recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs from offer accept to start date and craft a clear and effective intern conversion process.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a member of a progressive HR Team at a high technology company
- Minimum of 2 years directly managing a team
- Self-directed Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition manager with prior experience in an Engineering environment
- Experience managing intern and new grad programs or similar talent development experience programs
- Ability to combine systems-thinking with strong program & project management skills
- able to see impact across related processes and systems, and implement globally and at scale
