**Ingeniero de Mejora continua MTY‎**
Toma la iniciativa en la implementación de los Principios Lean a nivel de sitio a través de las herramientas básicas que ofrece la metodología Lean SixSigma. El Site Green Belt es el representante clave de la cultura de mejora continua que todo sitio debe adoptar.
El Ingeniero de Mejora Continua G se encarga de fomentar una cultura de mejora continua en todas las ubicaciones asignadas demostrando y aplicando diligentemente Lean Six Principios y metodologías de Sigma en los sitios asignados
Esta responsabilidad se extiende más allá de la ejecución de tareas personales; el ingeniero de mejora green también es fundamental
en tutoría y entrenamiento del personal de Yellow Belt hacia la certificación.
**Cómo generar impacto**
-Soporte y coimplementación de 5S, gestión visual, instrucciones de trabajo y otros estándares PS.
-Co-liderar auditorías 5S
-Apoyo a los YB
-Impartir capacitación introductoria sobre YB sistema de producción.
-Apoyar y cofacilitar eventos DDVSA y otros eventos Lean (Kaizen, VSM)
-Implementar gestión de ideas (Gestión de sugerencias)
-Soporte en la gestión diaria del desempeño y seguimiento de proyectos.
-Facilitar que los equipos del sitio cumplan los objetivos del sistema de producción.
-Actualización del rastreador de CI, actividad de mejora continua.
-Crear casos de negocio para innovaciones.
-Tomar medidas para mejorar los niveles de excelencia del sitio.
-Participar activiamente en el Gate 6 y Gate 7 en las implementaciones
-Atender la sesiones de Customer Onboarding para atender CRP
-Asegurar el mantenimiento de las herramientas de PS después de la implementación.
-Facilitar y fomentar los procesos de mejora continua en CL (en la vertical asignada)
-Ayudar a operaciones en la identificación de potenciales mejoras y en la implementación de iniciativas de mejora.
-Asegura la sostenibilidad de los requerimientos locales de PS
-Identificar y recolectar las mejores prácticas para futuros desarrollos de las herramientas PS.
- Monitorear y capturar los ahorros alcanzados en los Centros de Distribución
-Entrenar a los equipos locales en la filosofia y herramientas del PS
-Identificar y adoptar las mejores practicas
-Atender y satisfacer los estandares de calidad requeridos por el cliente
-Analizar datos e identificar causas raices
-Identificar las mejoras potenciales e implementa iniciativas de mejoramiento
-Facilitar procesos procesos de Cambio
-Busqueda, analisis e implementacion de nuevas tecnologias para la operacion
-Trabajar en equipo de Operacion el cumplimiento de los planes de mejora con cada uno de los clientes buscando incrementar el NPS
-Participacion activa en la implementacion de nuevos clientes

Responsibilities

  • Skilled in establishing, measuring, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational performance.

  • Confident in conducting difficult conversations to address project delays and remove roadblocks.
  • Experienced in leading and delivering training sessions across various levels of the organization.

Continuous Improvement Manager


Responsible for identifying the existing gaps in each area, identifying and establishing together with each principle champion action plans to achieve the optimal future state, monitor progress and share ideas for improvement of processes and systems


  • BD- Engineering Industrial, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics or any related
  • English Conversational skills- fluent - MUST
  • Advanced MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power point, etc)
  • Top Management Communication Skills
  • People management oriented
  • Desirable certification in Green Belt, Six Sigma or Black belt
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing process or Kanban or kaizen blitz
  • Desirable knowledge of HPT or similar methodology (20 keys for workplace, Toyota or any related)


  1. Responsible for managing and updating the CI Roadmap of the plant
  2. Be the communication channel for CI issues with the Regional Continuous Improvement Management.
  3. Manage and promote the list of BBP’s of the organization and promote its implementation in the plant.
  4. Coordinate training for plant personnel, in relation to continuous improvement tools available within the organization.
  5. Carry out Six Sigma (SS) projects using the DMAIC methodology focused on Poor Quality Costs (COPQ) and Cost Reduction projects due to Increasing Efficiency and Profitability, based on the priorities or needs of the operation. In addition to keeping them updated weekly in the Database of
  6. Carry out Lean Manufacturing (Lean) projects with leadership & innovations, using the tools of the Lean Manufacturing philosophy and / or MODAPTS, transforming the organization culturally and physically, as well as keeping them updated weekly in the Administration Database of CI-TRAC projects (own and assigned CI Practitioners).
  7. Manage and advise Fast DMAIC (JDI or Kaizen) projects with agility, using basic statistical and quality tools, as well as keeping them updated weekly in the CI-TRAC Project Management Database (own and those of CI Practitioners assigned).

Tier 1 Experience

3-5 Minimum Years of Experience as Lean Implementer Sr or CI Leader

**Job Description**
Responsible for developing in collaboration with the management team the strategy for the following years for the Site based on the strategic objectives deployed by the Corporate. Perform the deployment and support with coaching and monitoring the pilots of key projects and ensure the strategy is aligned and achieved during the annual plan.
**Job Requirements**
-Industrial Engineer or related with more than 8 years of work experience.
-More than 5 years of experience as a certified BB or MBB, project management, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodology, APQP.
-Experience in OEM manufacturing processes and desirable in MRO (OEE, Productivity, Time per Part, TAT, VSM, etc.)
