Honda Angelopolis solicita Secretarial de Servicio.
MisiónProporcionar apoyo secretarial, administrativo y de control de acuerdo a los procedimientos del área con el fin de agilizar la gestión de la Gerencia.
Requisitos / EscolaridadEscolaridad: Preparatoria o Licenciatura.
Experiencia: 1 año en puesto similar.
Conocimientos- Manejo y control de archivo
- Conocimiento de inventarios
- Excelente ortografía y redacción
- PC, paquetería de Office, Internet, calculadora, fax, máquina de escribir, equipos de oficina
- Elaborar reportes especiales del área, para efectos de información de la gerencia y agencia.
- Elaborar contra-recibos para el pago de facturas a proveedores.
- Controlar los vales de gasolina para el uso de unidades en poder del Distribuidor (autos nuevos, demos, de uso de empleados, etc.) para su distribución correcta.
- Atender asuntos especiales de servicio dirigidos al Gerente del área, para dar seguimiento hasta su cumplimiento.
- Llevar el control de los gastos por comprobar, para su aplicación en el momento que corresponda de acuerdo a políticas.
- Coordinar la agenda diaria del Gerente (eventos, citas, juntas de trabajo, proyectos, etc.) con el fin de facilitarle su participación en los mismos.
- Proporcionar el apoyo secretarial y logístico (llamadas telefónicas, control de expedientes, presentaciones, archivo, firmas, etc.) con el fin de agilizar la gestión de la Gerencia.
Lunes a Viernes 8:00 a 17:30 hrs, Sábados 8:00 a 13:30 hrs. Rota horarios mensualmente.

Our Service Technicians are skilled electro-mechanical technical support professionals who travel across Mexico and internationally to provide customer support through installations, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, and performing preventative maintenance. As front-line, customer-facing representatives, they consistently prioritize safety and deliver service excellence. Candidates must be located near an airport. When not traveling, work can be performed remotely from home. This role requires up to 70% travel.
What You'll Do:
- Travel to customer facilities to complete service assignments such as equipment installations and commissioning, customer training, and preventative maintenance service tasks.
- Assist and support customers with troubleshooting and promote a strong exchange dialog via email, phone, or in-person visits.
- Make pre-installation visits, develop machinery and tool specifications and obtain Equipment Order Detail (EOD) information to facilitate smooth start-ups of equipment.
