The Manager, Continent Information Security Partnerships, Property Security Reviews & Audits, is a key role in continent security aspects relating to planning, executing and managing the Marriott Security Assessment program, providing the necessary support to above property and on property teams. The objective for this role is to attain maximum security compliance status and ensure that all IT Operations in the continent follow the company security standards. Enforce Marriott Security Standards and requirements for properties. The role will perform tracking and reporting on the established security policies and processes as implemented at the hotels and will have a direct reporting line to the Senior Director/Director, Continent Information Security Partnerships.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience** **Required** :

+ 5+ years Information Technology or information security work experience including:

**What will you be doing?**
The Information Security Assessment Lead is responsible for safeguarding PepsiCo's digital assets by assessing the compliance of new and changing systems against information security requirements and managing risks associated with IT and Information Security systems throughout the project lifecycle. - Como CISO de nuestra empresa, serás responsable de desarrollar e implementar una estrategia de seguridad integral que aborde los desafíos únicos de nuestra industria. Trabajarás estrechamente con nuestros equipos de productos, ingeniería y cumplimiento para garantizar que nuestras soluciones de centros de contacto cumplan o superen las normas y regulaciones de la industria, al mismo tiempo que protejamos los datos sensibles de los clientes que manejamos.- Pero no solo estamos buscando a alguien que pueda cumplir con las normas. Para tener éxito en este rol, debes cumplir con este perfil:
- Titulado en carrera de Tecnología de Información
- Estudios de posgrado en redes/ciberseguridad deseable
- 10+ años de experiência en roles progresivos de ciberseguridad
- Familiaridad con certificaciones ISO 27000 y 27001
- Certificación CCNA/CCNP o equivalente.
- Certificación CISSP, CISA, CEH, GCIH o equivalente
- Familiaridad con estándar PCI DSS
- Familiaridad con NIST RMF o ISO/IEC 27005.
- Familiaridad con COBIT y NIST CSF.
- Familiaridad con el modelo DevSecOps
- Familiaridad con firewalls, sistemas de detección y prevención de intrusiones y sistemas de prevención de pérdida de datos.
- Testing con Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nuke
- Experiência demostrada en respuesta a incidentes y análisis forense.
- Experiência con seguridad de información en instituciones bancarias
- Experiência en gestión de updates y parches, configuración de firewalls y VPNs, encriptación, pentesting, detección/prevención de intrusiones,controles de acceso, monitoreo de tráfico de red
- Familiaridad con lenguajes de programación
- Familiaridad con gestión de bases de datos y SQL
- Nociones de criptografía
- Experiência gestionando Linux y Windows
- Experiência con seguridad en AWS, Azure y GCP
- Familiaridad con LFPDPPP
