About the Role:

This is a critical position responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inventory counts. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and capture inventory counts in QAD system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement a monthly cycle counting program, reviewing engineering changes as necessary to maintain data integrity.
  • Generate reports on cycle counting discrepancies, including analysis of purchased part numbers to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Validate FG and 6-PAB transactions to ensure accurate processing and minimize errors.
  • Lead annual physical inventory with profit and loss analysis to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Classify part numbers using the ABC method to prioritize stock management and maximize efficiency.
  • Record unplanned entry/exit transactions in the system to maintain up-to-date inventory records.

A bachelor's level degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or similar field is required. Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Position Summary: The company is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Inventory Management to become part of our team. Responsibilities: - 40% - FBA Orders (Fulfillment by Amazon)
- Receiving orders from Demand Planning/E-commerce team and processing them through BC ( Business Center ), Google Sheets, and Amazon to get order details and then sending those details over to domestic/international warehouses. Once the warehouse is finished processing these orders, transportation is arranged to Amazon FBA warehouses through 3PL transportation - 10% - FBM Orders - Managing FBM orders both domestically and internationally and ensuring that they are properly sent through to the correct warehouse and a tracking number is sent to Amazon for each order. This often includes troubleshooting with the integration manager and the IT contact at the FBM warehouse when the orders are not flowing through correctly - 10% - Approving Invoices - Approving warehouse storage, processing, and transportation invoices and coding them according to proper G/L codes in Business Central. Warehouse backups are reviewed to ensure that the charges are being properly applied to our account. - 10% Meetings - Meetings with the E-commerce team to ascertain proper inventory is being sent and provide insight into expected arrival dates and to update the team on the status of priority items. - 5% - Setting up E-commerce Channels - Working with the integration manager to provide information about the warehouse and the sales channel to set up the connection between the E-commerce warehouse and the various E-commerce websites and sales channels. - 5% - Reporting - Providing inventory and inbound shipment reports to the team which provides data such as quantity, expiration dates, and expected Amazon arrival dates. - 5% - Warehouse Transfers - Instructing the warehouse on quantities to move to other warehouses as well as arranging transportation - 5% - Warehouse Destructions - Managing inventory destruction at the warehouse and confirmation of disposals

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a relevant field. - 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce Fulfillment, with a background in working with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, as well as other wholesale or marketplace portals. - Strong Knowledge of E-Commerce Inventory Management ( Amazon FBA / FBM Operations, 3PL transportation ) - Must have excellent follow-up and organization skills - High level of proficiency in MS Excel. **Job Overview**
TE Digital Data Networks (DDN) business unit is looking for a motivated, highly analytical, and detail-oriented **Supply Chain Analyst** to join our Central Planning team. This role will manage, optimize, and develop capabilities in the key areas of our supply chain including, End to End Stocking Policy, Safety Stocks and Mode of Shipment for both raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate will leverage data and analytics in ensuring efficient operations, seamless collaboration, and drive supply chain excellence
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement end-to-end Stocking Policy framework for both raw materials and finished goods for HMO plant
+ Collaborate with cross functional team and ensure alignment on stocking policy
+ Align inventory strategies with modes of shipment to balance the cost, leadtime and service reliability
+ Adjust safety stock parameters based on shipment mode specific leadtimes and transit variability
+ Work closely with Logistics team to ensure mode of shipment decisions support stocking and replenishment strategies
+ Recommend shipment mode adjustments in response to supply chain disruptions, capacity constraints or changes in demand pattern
+ Conduct simulation analysis to provide impact of changes to stocking policy and mode of shipment on leadtime, inventory, warehousing, and transportation cost
+ Ensure governance processes are in place to maintain data accuracy and consistency of stocking policy across the HMO plant and stakeholders
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stocking efficiency, optimize inventory, and cost and enhance customer satisfaction
+ Support capability building by training supply chain teams on stocking policy concepts, tools, and governance processes
**What your background should look like:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
+ 5+ years working experience in Supply Chain roles - Materials Planning, Factory Planning, Finished Goods Planning
+ Experience using SAP S/4 Hana, IBP, or equivalent planning tools is a must
+ Proficiency in MS Office
+ Strong analytical & continuous improvement skills as well as good understanding of data analytics capabilities
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with various levels of the organization and effectively collaborate with cross functional team
