The Role

We're seeking a skilled SEO Specialist who can own the complete SEO function for our client portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you'll execute comprehensive SEO strategies while working behind the scenes with our client success team. You'll be the technical SEO expert who drives measurable results for local service businesses without direct client interaction.

What You'll Do

SEO Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for local service business clients
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research targeting local and service-specific search terms
  • Execute on-page optimization including meta tags, content structure, internal linking, and technical SEO elements
  • Build and manage link building campaigns to improve domain authority and local rankings
  • Create content strategies that align with client business goals and search intent
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement

Technical SEO Management:

  • Audit websites for technical SEO issues and implement solutions
  • Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
  • Manage schema markup, local business structured data, and rich snippets
  • Handle URL structure optimization and migration strategies when needed

Local SEO Expertise:

  • Optimize Google Business Profiles for maximum local visibility
  • Develop location-specific landing pages and service area optimization
  • Manage local citations, NAP consistency, and directory listings
  • Implement local link building strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Communicate SEO strategies, progress, and recommendations to our client success managers (non-technical team)
  • Translate complex SEO concepts into clear, actionable guidance for the team
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on campaign performance
  • Work with our development team on website implementation needs
What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results (mid to senior level)
  • Deep expertise in local SEO and ranking local service businesses
  • Strong track record of improving organic rankings and driving qualified traffic
  • Fluent English proficiency (B2/B2+ level or higher) - must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally
  • Proficient with WordPress and Elementor Pro - hands-on experience building, editing, and optimizing websites
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
  • Technical SEO knowledge including site audits, schema markup, and page speed optimization
  • Experience with content strategy and understanding of search intent
  • Proven link building experience with ethical, white-hat strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple client accounts independently

Preferred:

  • Experience with GoHighLevel platform
  • Background working with agency clients or managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with service business industries (HVAC, construction, healthcare, home services, doctors, dentist, physical therapists, chiropractors)
  • Experience training or working with non-technical team members

SEO Manager Job Description - Fluent English Premier Online Marketing is looking for a fluent English speaking sr SEO Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has recent hands-on experience in Local SEO, Technical SEO, and a strong background in website content management. This individual will work directly with the SEO team and clients to grow web traffic and increase conversions. Key Responsibilities: Manage & oversee on-page and off-page SEO campaigns from a strategy and execution standpoint toward measurable client-directed goals. Conduct audits & address technical SEO issues on clients' websites. Create quality content, or work with content writers to create and plan content for clients. Create reports and present results to clients that drive client expectations and satisfaction. Perform content marketing for strategic white-hat link-building activities. Conduct keyword research using search engine commands and keyword tools. Document activities and communication in our project management workflow for account managers. Assist in detailed SEO assessments/audits on clients’ websites from a technical, on-site, and off-page perspective. Analyzing clients’ web analytics accounts to support the client’s SEO campaigns and non SEO campaigns to find areas of opportunity. Keep abreast of the latest strategies, updates, and news in the field of SEO. Manage & optimize content pipeline for your clients. Qualifications / Requirements: 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, Professional level written and verbal communication skills in English Strong experience & knowledge of Local SEO. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong Link building skills Excellent time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms High level of experience with Google Analytics, pulling reports for clients to support SEO initiatives Understanding of SEO platform software a plus (Search Console, MOZ, AHREFs, Site bulb, WAVE, Screaming Frog, Data Studios, SemRush, Link hunter, etc) Benefits: Work Remote Competitive Salary Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday (USA CST 9-5 Hours)

Purpose

Experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to oversee and guide our digital marketing initiatives. The purpose of this role is to manage the execution of digital strategies, supervising the digital team, and ensuring that campaigns deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with proven expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics, and campaign optimization.


Tasks

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing team to ensure effective execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor digital marketing strategies across channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email, paid media, and website.
  • Oversee content planning, creation, and distribution to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic) from planning through reporting.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, product, sales, and communication marketing) to align digital efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Ensure continuous improvement through testing, learning, and implementing new tools and trends in digital marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platforms to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and digital innovations to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
  • Oversee budget allocation, tracking, and reporting for digital campaigns.


Knowledge of:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid media, social media management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs, conversion tracking, and ROI.
  • Strategies for organic and paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.
  • Knowledge of content strategy, audience targeting, storytelling, and content distribution.


Experience / Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with desirable 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Excel advanced level, Power point, Word, Power BI
  • Advanced English level.
  • Knowledge of the automotive Accessory market place and sales channels
