The RoleWe're seeking a skilled SEO Specialist who can own the complete SEO function for our client portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you'll execute comprehensive SEO strategies while working behind the scenes with our client success team. You'll be the technical SEO expert who drives measurable results for local service businesses without direct client interaction.
What You'll DoSEO Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for local service business clients
- Conduct in-depth keyword research targeting local and service-specific search terms
- Execute on-page optimization including meta tags, content structure, internal linking, and technical SEO elements
- Build and manage link building campaigns to improve domain authority and local rankings
- Create content strategies that align with client business goals and search intent
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement
Technical SEO Management:
- Audit websites for technical SEO issues and implement solutions
- Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
- Manage schema markup, local business structured data, and rich snippets
- Handle URL structure optimization and migration strategies when needed
Local SEO Expertise:
- Optimize Google Business Profiles for maximum local visibility
- Develop location-specific landing pages and service area optimization
- Manage local citations, NAP consistency, and directory listings
- Implement local link building strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Communicate SEO strategies, progress, and recommendations to our client success managers (non-technical team)
- Translate complex SEO concepts into clear, actionable guidance for the team
- Provide regular reporting and updates on campaign performance
- Work with our development team on website implementation needs
Required:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results (mid to senior level)
- Deep expertise in local SEO and ranking local service businesses
- Strong track record of improving organic rankings and driving qualified traffic
- Fluent English proficiency (B2/B2+ level or higher) - must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally
- Proficient with WordPress and Elementor Pro - hands-on experience building, editing, and optimizing websites
- Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
- Technical SEO knowledge including site audits, schema markup, and page speed optimization
- Experience with content strategy and understanding of search intent
- Proven link building experience with ethical, white-hat strategies
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple client accounts independently
Preferred:
- Experience with GoHighLevel platform
- Background working with agency clients or managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with service business industries (HVAC, construction, healthcare, home services, doctors, dentist, physical therapists, chiropractors)
- Experience training or working with non-technical team members
- Work with a growing agency serving clients across North America

Purpose
Experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to oversee and guide our digital marketing initiatives. The purpose of this role is to manage the execution of digital strategies, supervising the digital team, and ensuring that campaigns deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with proven expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Tasks
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing team to ensure effective execution of campaigns and projects.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor digital marketing strategies across channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email, paid media, and website.
- Oversee content planning, creation, and distribution to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and objectives.
