**What are your contributions to the team?**

**What you will do-**
+ Responsible for Internal Audit Management that involves planning, execution, and closure of internal audits to ensure compliance with the organization's quality management system standards. It also encompasses the monitoring of the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address identified non-conformities.
+ Responsible for External Audit Documentation Preparation that involves the preparation of necessary documentation for external audits. Egg: quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records. The documentation must conform to applicable regulatory requirements and medical industry standards.
+ Responsible for Auditing Suppliers and Indirect Channels. Auditing suppliers and indirect channels to ensure that they meet the organization's quality requirements. The audits may encompass the assessment of the suppliers' quality management systems, manufacturing processes, and product or service quality.
+ Responsible for Documentation Management for Quality Management System that involves preparing, reviewing, and registering documented information related to the quality management system. The documented information includes quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
+ Control of Internal and External Documented Information that involves controlling the internal and external documented information to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and integrity. The control may include document approval, distribution, revision, and obsolescence.
+ Quality Management System Training Execution that involves preparing and executing training programs related to the quality management system. The training may cover quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and other relevant topics.
+ Handling Complaints, Feedback, and Surveys. Responsible for receiving, generating, and following up on product or service complaints. It also includes attending to customer feedback and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys. The objective is to identify opportunities for improvement and to address any areas of dissatisfaction.
+ Responsible for determining the root cause of non-conformities and CAPAs and following up and closing action plans to prevent recurrence and improve the quality management system.
**What you need-**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree in quality areas (Industrial Engineer, Chemical engineer, Pharmaceutics, QFB, Industrial Chemistry, etc.).
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with quality management.
+ At least intermediate proficiency in English.
+ Previous experience in the Life Science sector (Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical).
**Desired:**
+ Experience attending an internal auditor course for ISO 13485 or ISO 9001:2015.
+ Quality Management specialization and leader auditor certification in ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 13485:2016.

- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of quality assurance engineering equivalent experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects

**Key responsibilities of the position include:**
+ Policy development and leading the introduction, maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality practices across the organization.
+ Lead execution of Quality strategies and programs to support the cross-category business unit Quality in the Business Unit (BU). BUs vary in complexity, size, scope and economic differences across our five categories (Biscuit, Chocolate, Gum & Candy, Powdered Beverages and Meals).
+ Responsible for quality programs for internal and external factories, driving revenue in the BU.
+ Internal factory Plant Quality Managers will report indirectly to this role.
+ This role will ensure that our products, facilities, processes and systems meet the required Company and legislative quality standards through the Quality Supply Chain Management System and Quality Policy implementation across the organization.
+ Champion the BU Quality Pillar / Lean Six Sigma initiatives for the function as part of the Lean Six Sigma Journey established across the company.
+ Act as Special Situations Management Team (SSMT) Coordinator and Technical Lead for the BU in supporting the SSMT Leader.
+ Leverage Center Quality resources in Food Safety, Sanitation, Audit and Supplier Quality against BU priorities.
+ Working with the Region Quality Leader and QSARA LT, ensure a robust pipeline of talent to develop and place in Quality assignments in the region.
+ Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and customers at the BU level.
+ Responsible for BU Commercial Quality priorities (Quality practices from Plant through distribution to the Customer).
**Job Specific Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering or related field
+ Experience in Quality, Supply Chain and R&D (15 yrs as a minimum)
+ Knowledge of quality systems and policies, HACCP, ISO9001/22000, L6S (min 5 yrs)

You will also contribute to the management of special situations / early warnings with respect to plant investigations, root cause analysis and follow-ups.

This position leads the development and execution of Quality strategies, with input into the business unit strategies.
**Key responsibilities of the position include:**
+ Policy development and leading the introduction, maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality practices across the organization.
+ Lead execution of Quality strategies and programs to support the cross-category business unit Quality in the Business Unit (BU). BUs vary in complexity, size, scope and economic differences across our five categories (Biscuit, Chocolate, Gum & Candy, Powdered Beverages and Meals).
+ Responsible for quality programs for internal and external factories, driving revenue in the BU.
+ Internal factory Plant Quality Managers will report indirectly to this role.
+ This role will ensure that our products, facilities, processes and systems meet the required Company and legislative quality standards through the Quality Supply Chain Management System and Quality Policy implementation across the organization.
+ Champion the BU Quality Pillar / Lean Six Sigma initiatives for the function as part of the Lean Six Sigma Journey established across the company.
+ Act as Special Situations Management Team (SSMT) Coordinator and Technical Lead for the BU in supporting the SSMT Leader.
+ Leverage Center Quality resources in Food Safety, Sanitation, Audit and Supplier Quality against BU priorities.
+ Working with the Region Quality Leader and QSARA LT, ensure a robust pipeline of talent to develop and place in Quality assignments in the region.
+ Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and customers at the BU level.
+ Responsible for BU Commercial Quality priorities (Quality practices from Plant through distribution to the Customer).
**Job Specific Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering or related field
+ Experience in Quality, Supply Chain and R&D (15 yrs as a minimum)
+ Knowledge of quality systems and policies, HACCP, ISO9001/22000, L6S (min 5 yrs)
+ Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams with strong people development skills (min 5 yrs)
+ Practical experience in Food and or Beverage categories, preferably high risk products, e.g.: Chocolate, Biscuits, cheese dairy, nuts (min 2+ yrs)

In this role, you will:
+ Own and deliver medium-sized quality engineering tasks while mentoring and helping team members
+ Make technology choices at individual level and analyze impact
+ Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
+ Integrate project testing with continuous-integration process
+ Work with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions
+ Provide expertise in the quality engineering, test planning and testing methodology for a software project
+ Develop and executes maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor Degree with advanced experience
+ Able to legally work in Mexico. This position can work remotely within Mexico.
+ Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
+ 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with approximately 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
+ Proven experience embedded within a cross-functional software development team following Agile/Scrum processes.
+ Strong skills in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Pytest, Selenium).
+ Proficiency in Python for test automation scripting and framework development.
+ Experience testing REST APIs and microservices.
+ Experience maintaining automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
**Desired Expertise:**
+ Performance/load testing experience (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
+ Familiarity with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
+ Domain experience in power systems, electrical engineering, and/or electric utilities.

+ Create, validate and improve the inspection program for each part to evaluate.
+ Inspect parts or assemblies in accordance with engineering and manufacturing requirements.

+ You have 1 to 5 years of experience performing Dimensional inspection, preferable on tubes.
+ You have 1 to 3 years experience using: PolyWorks, Calypso
+ You have strong GD&T knowledge
+ You have experience working with Core Tools (MSA, SPC)
+ You have experience with numeric control equipment: Leica, Arm or CMM
