ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Java FullStack Architect/Tech Lead , you’ll drive the design and development of scalable low/no-code solutions, enabling safe and efficient developer forking flows. You’ll lead a skilled team, provide technical direction, and collaborate across functions to turn complex business needs into high-quality, maintainable systems. This role offers ownership, innovation, and the chance to shape impactful products in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the architecture and development of low/no-code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows;
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
- Ensure high-quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices;
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation;
- Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals.
MUST HAVES
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java, Spring, and React ;
- 3+ years of leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar);
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, system design, and distributed systems;
- Experience in designing secure, multi-tenant, and scalable SaaS solutions;
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain-driven design;
- Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms);
- Excellent communication and documentation skills , able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment with clear delivery goals ;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with low-code / no-code platforms or workflow automation tools;
- Knowledge of frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) and UI/UX considerations.
