Accountabilities

As a Senior Front-end Engineer, you will:

• Develop, design, debug, and maintain components of web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Write automated unit and integration tests to support continuous integration pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and flexibility.
• Rapidly prototype and implement minimum viable products in collaboration with peers and senior engineers.
• Work effectively within distributed cross-functional teams and communicate technical vision clearly.
• Identify and resolve development roadblocks while driving tasks to completion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software and development processes within an agile environment.
• Participate in the creation and refinement of user stories alongside the team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Deep understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with one or more front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (React + Redux preferred).
• Experience with TypeScript, automated testing (Jest & Cypress), and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high quality standards.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with CMS templates and web optimization techniques.
