**Responsibilities**
**Main Purpose**

Develop and manage Gamesa digital strategy, platforms and capabilities across PMF & Latam, having the right pionerism, to be sure Gamesa gets ahead of the curve in digital adoption and accelerate digital transformation across brands, while maximizing its ROI across the markets, establishing the right data, insights and analytics models to feed the brand, commercial and innovation programs.

Lead and Ensure we have the right strategy and model become the state of the art digital in digital strategy in FMCG industry. This role will be in charge of influencing the adoption of digital transformation and new capabilities across Gamesa’s marketing team in order to assure fast implementation in brand plans.

Lead the E-commerce agenda for Gamesa, develop and execution of the consumer journey across platforms.

This position must also lead the capability development so Gamesa can be agile in leveraging new ecommerce opportunities.

Manage relationships both with Latam’s & PMF Digital and Ecommerce CC0, Digital Parners, Local digital Teams and Platforms, to maximize resources and impact.

**Accountabilities**
- Develop and align Gamesa & C&C Latam digital strategy with key stakeholders: PMF lead team, Latam Excomm and Digital teams in CMO.
- Define and enable the right digital capabilities for both PMF & LATAM to bring the strategy to life.
- Sector programs development and deployment and co responsible together with the OU’s for the Digital Kpi’s defined by the Digital CCO.
- Identify and track KPI’s, based on stated objectives for marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and socialize findings.
- Develop and negotiate the right alliances with digital agencies and platforms optimizing A&M
- Guide the sector team leaders on the strategic approach from a media & digital point of view.
- Create the model to have the right content development and production for Gamesa’s brands
- Develop and deploy the right analytic models and reports to track the ROI, validate the content strategy
- Create social listening models to generate insights for innovation and brand programs
- Create the framework and guidelines for the ecommerce programs across the region, along with E-commerce commercial team
- Stay well-informed and versed on trends, rapidly changing technology and best practices in the digital arena, and facilitate knowledge sharing with Marketing teams
- Lead the development and implementation of the first engagement platform for “Cooking Enthusiasts” in PMF
- Active participación in AOP development for Gamesa brands focusing on the right implementation of the TCP process and guidelines on how to activate digital content pillars
- Lead the experimentation agenda to connect the brands to new platforms, formats and channels
- Lead the connection of Gamesa to the 1PD regional and global agenda
- Implementation, tracking, update and evolution of “Empathy Consumer Journey”process
- “Digital Ninja” - Point person for the media team to connect Gamesa BU with the extended media team
- Point person of e-Commerce for Gamesa Share of Market Slam Team
- Lead the evolution to a more integrated evalution of the media plans alongside analytics and media team.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management or Digital
- Succesful experience in managing digital programs and platforms

**Role Overview**

In this role you will be responsible for the strategic development, planning and activation of the Annual Brand Plan, ensuring this plan delivers revenue and profit targets. **Key Responsibilities**

This position has two key responsibilities**:Brand Management & Markets Activation**

Brand Management:

- **Develop powerful strategies and tactics that drive brand performance**, lead execution to deliver top and bottom-line targets defined in the annual plan.
- ** Foster strong working relationships with key brand stakeholders**, to ensure a strategic NPD aligned to LACDM brand vision and strategies, then **plan and lead impactful implementation of the NPD and renovation pipeline**:

- ** Partner cross functionally to define & execute growth strategies **for the brand across channels.
- ** Develop, drive, and execute strategic and** competitive **marketing plans and trade channel strategies (annual trade plans and promotional calendar) for México.
- ** Line management of the portfolio, **ensuring plans translate across channels, platforms and NPD’s with strong power period execution.
- Gather and evaluate market intelligence, shopper trends and trade information to assist management in making better decisions and strategies for business growth.
- Analyze competitors’ products and services, strengths and weaknesses. Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the company’s sales and marketing approaches.
- Responsible for pricing strategy, products positioning in the market and market share growth
- Constantly innovate our selling tools, processes and systems to ensure the sales team have a world class set of tools and propositions to grow sales.
- ** Contribute to the management of the brand P&L**. Understand and respond to the drivers of performance, working in partnership with the commercial teams to optimize plans to deliver annual priorities.

Market Activation:
Coordinate marketing activities & communication in Mexico. Ensure that our Commercial Team, Distributors and Agencies have the right materials and information to activate locally our brand plans. Specifically, this person will be responsible for:

- Providing strategy. Create and share activation toolkits, as well as key brand info to the markets.
- Determining how to best utilize the budget for the markets (i.e., brand split)
- Understand local consumers needs and translate into strategies that help grow the business in those markets
- Where applicable, partnering with the commercial teams or local agencies to provide guidance on marketing plans.
- Conducting a review of our portfolio and pricing in the markets on a regular basis to provide recommendations to ensure brand profitability and optimize our portfolio, including yearly innovation reviews and recommendations.
- Ensuring all processes are followed for every activity that will run (project briefs, agency briefs, PAs created, getting invoices paid, monthly closing of activities in checkbook, PIE process, and all other processes associated with the go-to-market executions/activations, works with Finance for key analysis).

Propósito :

Definición del plan estratégico de las marcas que aseguren el crecimiento rentable y sostenible de los negocios en el largo plazo incrementando su valor en mercado y share.

Responsabilidades:

Generar las estrategias que permitan el crecimiento de las categorías de manera rentable y sostenible; así como posicionarlas en la mente del consumidor de acuerdo a la definición del rol estratégico de cada categoría

Administrar el P&L de las marcas a través de estrategias comerciales que aseguren la entrega del plan financiero. Responsable del A&P de la marca

Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan comercial de las marcas a través de la definición de planes y actividades que den suficiencia para lograr los objetivos en volumen del negocio

Definir e implementar el plan de innovación de las marcas de acuerdo a las tendencias de consumo de cada una de las categorías para satisfacer las demandas de los consumidores actuales y potenciales

Requisitos:

Educación (estudio mínimo Lic, qué licenciatura): Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia / Administración de Empresas o similar

Experiencia laboral requerida (años/ área/ tipo de industria): Mínimo 3 años en posiciones dentro del área de mercadotecnia

Experiencias específicas (ej. manejo de ciertos clientes):Mercadotecnia, coordinación eventos, manejo de agencias, medios digitales, administración de proyectos, Análisis de categoría, consumidor y desempeño de marca

Ingles: Avanzado

Actividades
- Seguimiento y coordinación de los pedidos.
- Manejo del CRM para dar seguimiento a clientes y canales de venta.
- Análisis de las estrategias de ventas de acuerdo a los resultados semanales, quincenales y mensuales.
- Revisión de métricas especializadas (Google Analytics)
- Elaboración de reportes y estrategias para mejorar nuestras ventas.
- Propuesta y planificación de las acciones a implementar para mejorar la comunicación en nuestros canales.
- Revisión de los materiales de comunicación (parrillas para redes y catálogos).
- Actualización de los productos dentro del ecommerce.
- Coordinación con equipos externos (Proveedores de Marketing)
- Estrategia y estudio de la imagen de marca.

Anticipar a las nuevas tendencias del mercado, del sector y de los consumidores.
