**Who Were Looking For**:
Were hiring a hybrid Social Media Manager + Content Strategist to lead and execute content across our client portfolio. This person will be responsible for transforming podcast content, brand assets, and emerging trends into engaging, platform-specific campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

You understand what gets attention online and more importantly, how to make it work for different audiences. Youre equal parts strategist and doer, creative and organized, culturally attuned and metrics-driven.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategy & Editorial Planning**:

- Turn podcast episodes and archive material into content plans
- Build weekly and seasonal content calendars
- Develop rollout plans per platform (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Propose 35 angles or content ideas per episode
- Define and follow a clear marketing line aligned with each clients brand pillars, tone of voice, audience, and campaign objectives
- Ensure all content ideas tie back to brand strategy, messaging goals, and positioning
- Lead weekly planning and recap meetings
- Identify trends and insert the brand into cultural conversations in a way that feels relevant and intentional

**2. Execution + Publishing**:

- Write hooks, captions, and CTAs in each brands tone of voice
- Format and schedule content across platforms using Metricool or similar tools
- Execute tagging, mentions, hashtags, and repost strategies
- Manage creative delivery in ClickUp with designers, editors, and producers
- Light editing in Canva or CapCut is a plus

**3. Performance Tracking & Optimization**:

- Track weekly engagement, reach, and retention.
- Generate biweekly reports on performance and engagement.
- Share key learnings, test results, and underperformance red flags
- Recommend content improvements based on performance data
- Track KPIs like follower growth, video views, profile visits, and engagement rates.
- Share insights in weekly Slack updates and proactively suggest strategic adjustments.

**4. Cultural Monitoring**
- Stay on top of viral formats, memes, and creator trends
- Suggest ways to adapt or remix existing content to trending formats
- Tailor trend content for different industries (crypto, entrepreneurship, culture)

**5. Team Collaboration & Creative Alignment**:

- Work closely with producers, designers, editors, reporting to the producer and project manager.
- Attend weekly team syncs to discuss production goals, feedback, and pivot strategies.
- Provide creative direction to ensure all deliverables match client voice and objectives.

**6. Asset & Workflow Management**:

- Maintain organized caption libraries, visual assets, and content trackers in ClickUp.
- Ensure podcast and video uploads (RSS/YouTube/Spotify) follow optimized publishing guidelines.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- ** Audience Growth** Increase followers, impressions, and reach across platforms.
- ** Engagement Metrics** Boost likes, comments, shares, and saves.
- ** Content Quality** Ensure high-performing, on-brand posts across all channels.
- ** Execution Timeliness** Deliver content and campaigns on schedule.
- ** Client Satisfaction** Maintain strong feedback loops and client confidence in strategy.

**What You Bring**:
**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Experience managing brand or creator accounts across platforms
- Strong creative instinct you know a good quote, story, or clip when you see it
- Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Strong writing skills with a knack for cultural relevance and engagement.
- Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Canva, Slack, and Metricool (or similar).
- Proven ability to manage calendars, multiple accounts, and high-volume content pipelines.
- Analytical mindset with fluency in performance reporting and data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO for social, and basic paid media concepts.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build ambitious and comprehensive marketing plans with holistic growth for the Spanish platform and the creator community
- Own the publishing of social platforms, ensuring all content is executed as planned on calendar and well-optimized across relevant channels by tagging, linking, and performance tracking
- Execute compelling social media strategies to build a strong sense of community by engaging with users, creators, and brands on all channels, actively answering questions and concerns posted on our social channels, engaging in dialogues with comments where appropriate
- Develop and amplify organic content and conversation around brand content, user-generated, and influencer-generated content to maximize fan growth and engagement
- Work with UGC team to raise the profile and conversation around CANVAS titles and creators, and help amplify creator events and education programs

As a fast-growing DTC brand, we are looking for a **Creative Strategist** to drive the strategy behind our paid media ad creatives, ensuring every piece of content is built for performance.

This is a **high-impact role** where you will be responsible for developing **ad angles, creative briefs, and overarching strategy** for paid media, mainly Meta. You will manage one video editor/graphic designer, ensuring all creatives are aligned with strategy and optimized for performance.

We’re looking for someone who is **highly independent, resourceful, and proactive**—someone who doesn’t just execute ideas but actively develops them based on research, performance data, and emerging trends.

**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop **ad angles, messaging frameworks, and creative strategies** that drive conversions.
- Write **clear, structured creative briefs** for the video editor/designer to execute.
- **Source, recruit, and manage UGC creators** to ensure a steady stream of high-quality content.
- Research competitors, trends, and audience psychology to refine ad concepts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative direction with brand positioning.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and iterate on creative strategy based on data.
- Manage and provide feedback to the video editor/designer to ensure high-quality execution.
- Stay ahead of trends in DTC, performance marketing, and paid social advertising.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in creative strategy for **performance marketing or DTC e-commerce**.
- Strong ability to **develop ad angles and hooks** that stop the scroll and drive action.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of direct-response marketing.
- Ability to interpret **data-driven insights** to refine creative strategy.
- Experience managing **video and static ad production** in a paid media environment.
- A **self-starter mentality**—you take initiative, learn fast, and execute independently.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience in **nutrition, supplements, or fitness brands**.
- Have worked on **high-spending ad accounts** with structured testing methodologies.
- Understand **meta ads, UGC-style creatives, and conversion optimization**.

This role supports go-to-market strategies, manages regional asset creation and adaptation, oversees campaign content and creative alignment, and drives organic social media strategy. The position serves as a critical liaison between regional and global marketing teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency, brand consistency, and timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
**Your Impact**
Drive Go-To-Market Strategies
Work in collaboration (provide brief/insights) with Regional and global Marketing Team regarding 18-month Mexico Marketing plan.
Provide operational support for all Mexico Brand marketing initiatives (including PR, Events and Sports Marketing)
Collaborate with Mexico channel marketing to develop calendar to optimally "flight" retail marketing activities across the calendar year, through both UA retail channels and 3rd party channels online and offline.
Lead Seeding Process for LATAM supporting our Go To Market strategies, aligning with the different marketing cross-functional areas and consolidating their needs.
Establish Mexico cross-functional alignment through weekly meetings and other touchpoints with the team.
Regional Assets Adaptations and Creations:
Oversee marketing asset development, localization, and distribution for LATAM markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Manage timelines, workflows, and approvals for key campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Optimize processes for asset sharing and collaboration across regional teams, external partners, and agencies.
Maintain and improve the LATAM marketing hub (SharePoint and OneDrive) for easy access to brand materials, guidelines, and execution files.
Responsible for the translation process of copy deck, assents videos and any marketing support element.
Collaborate as project manager for all LATAM Campaign Creation projects.
Content Management
Lead the creative review process, ensuring that all visuals, copy, and campaign materials align with Under Armour's brand standards and resonate with LATAM audiences.
Support the development of regionally relevant content for LATAM's key markets, adapting global assets when needed.
Manage the briefing process, ensuring marketing and creative teams receive clear, structured direction.
LATAM Social Media handles:
Lead organic social media strategy and content creation, ensuring its alignment to regional marketing objectives and brand strategy.
Provide strategic direction and feedback to social media agencies, while empowering them to handle day-to-day execution, content planning, and coordination with markets.
Ensure that content strategy, engagement tactics, and campaign integrations are in place, while reviewing key deliverables to maintain brand consistency.
Guide performance improvements and optimizing workflows.
**Qualifications**
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, brand management, or integrated marketing roles, ideally within a regional (LATAM) or global organization.
+ Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, preferably within the consumer goods, apparel, or sports industry.
+ Proven ability to manage complex marketing calendars, campaigns, and content across multiple markets.
**Workplace Location**
+ **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexicooffice.
+ **Work Schedule:** This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.
