Warehouse Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the efficient management of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless receipt, movement, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all warehouse-related transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Analyze and refine warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize performance.

Warehouse Operations Manager

**Responsabilidades**:

- Prepara informes diarios/semanales/mensuales utilizando varios sistemas de planificación, SAP, Business Objects, etc.
- Asiste al equipo en el desarrollo de hojas de cálculo Excel complejas, fórmulas de automatización y formato de informes.
- Es responsable de un equipo de analistas
- Atiende las solicitudes de asignación y creación de entregas recibidas del equipo mayorista y militar
- Comprueba las solicitudes procedentes de los equipos de Retail y Web
- Controla los trabajos automáticos nocturnos de asignación y creación de entregas para garantizar que todo funcione correctamente
- Manipula los datos entre las bases para proporcionar información más útil
- Participa en las reuniones semanales de revisión de objetivos con la División Militar y contribuye/impulsa la reunión preparando la cartera de pedidos y los envíos
- Participa en reuniones con Operaciones y Atención al Cliente para tener una idea clara de las prioridades del trabajo
- Trabaja con el departamento de TI y el departamento de apoyo a la empresa para resolver los problemas que surgen al asignar o crear entregas
- Trabaja con el equipo Corporativo de Planeación de Distribución para priorizar envíos específicos u organizar entregas para Centros de Distribución de otras regiones
- Participa en reuniones semanales con distintos departamentos

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura preferiblemente en Cadena de Suministro, Operaciones, Negocios y Finanzas
- Más de 5 años de experiência en logística/cadena de suministro o en un entorno similar
- Experiência demostrada trabajando con múltiples fuentes de datos
- Capacidad para recopilar, manipular e interpretar datos, resolver problemas y establecer prioridades.
- Gran capacidad analítica y matemática
- Excel avanzado
- Experiência en SAP AFS, MS Office y sistemas de planificación

**How You'll help us Connect the World**:

- Create a production plan according the demand, capacity and material availability. Coordinate with purchasing the expedite of missing materials.
- Confirm the new sales orders in the best date. Communicate any changes to all the departments involved
- Check that the sales that are committed for today are already covered, if not, they will review the reason and if there is a need to reschedule the sale, they need to communicate to CS.
- Identify new sales and generate the production plan to cover them, checking the material availability and coordinating the expedite of components if needed, when they have firm dates of shortage materials and considering the capacity, they commit delivery date.
- Release job orders according to the material availability and capacity; Responds expedites/escalations for customer service and other plants.
- Use the installed capacity as much as possible if there is sufficient load.
- Keep the business metrics in required goals.

**Required Qualifications for Consideration**:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in related field.
- 5-6 years supply chain management experience.
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments from the business in a fast-paced environment.
- High level analytical skills to identify improvement solutions.
- Proven ability to optimally interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines.
- Capability to work under pressure.
