Warehouse Operations Manager
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the efficient management of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless receipt, movement, and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all warehouse-related transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Analyze and refine warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize performance.
- Oversee the management of warehouse resources, manpower, and space to ensure optimal utilization.
- Track and monitor inventory levels and warehouse efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
- Order necessary supplies to support warehouse operations and continuously improve workflows and processes.
- Maintain a well-managed and organized facility, assets, equipment, and supplies.
- Train and coach new warehouse team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Execute policies from senior management and headquarters.
Requirements:
- High School graduate with at least 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Flexibility to work on various shifts, including night shifts.
- Excellent English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A degree in business administration, logistics, or supply chain management is highly desirable.
- Experience with Oracle/ERP systems is a significant advantage.

Warehouse Operations Manager
As a key member of our logistics team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse ensuring that all shipping and receiving procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. **Required Qualifications for Consideration**:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in related field.
- 5-6 years supply chain management experience.
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments from the business in a fast-paced environment.
