Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the commercial strategy for Mexico in full alignment with the company's mission, vision, and leadership direction.
- Build, lead, and develop the sales and wholesale organization, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.
- Expand the wholesale business through a territory model, increasing penetration into small and independent retailers while continuing to scale growth with strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute business plans for all current and prospect accounts, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Fashion, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial or sales leadership roles within fashion, apparel, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
- At least 6 years in a senior leadership role managing teams and driving commercial strategy.
- Proven track record in leading large teams and managing complex negotiations with major accounts.
- Demonstrated experience scaling businesses from early stages, with in-depth knowledge of the Mexican market and a strong network of executives and key players in the sector.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Deep understanding of wholesale and retail sales channels, as well as fashion consumer behavior in Mexico.
