As part of our engineering team, you will support the design, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing processes, systems, and products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation in every stage of production and development.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Assist in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting
+ Support product development and testing activities
+ Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
+ Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and technical teams
**Location: ** This position is available in Ciudad Juárez
**Start Date: January 2026**
+ Final-semester or recently graduated bachelor's student in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) from an accredited institution
+ Must not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire
+ Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes)
+ Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
+ Must have advanced English proficiency
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Initiative and ability to work independently
+ Experience with engineering tools, CAD software, or data analysis platforms
+ Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or quality systems
+ Hands-on experience with engineering projects or internships
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
+ Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
