**Requisitos**:
1. Lic. o Ing. en Sistemas, Informática, Computación o afín (Pasante o Titulado).
2. Conocimiento sólido en tecnología CISCO con la arquitectura de Colaboración.
3. Exp. en atención, seguimiento y soporte a fallas de Webex, Microsoft Teams y Zoom en laptop y equipos de video Cisco.
4. Exp. En altas, bajas y cambios de mantenimientos de telefonía y videoconferencia.
5. Atención y seguimiento a fallas a usuarios.
6. Elaboración de reportes de cantidad de usuarios en salas Cisco, utilización mensual de las plataformas y de sistemas operativos de equipos.
7. Certificación CCNA R&S/Enterprise con experiência o Colaboración y/o CCNA Collaboration - (Indispensable para participar en el proceso)
8. Inglés - Avanzado - Indispensable
**Objetivos del puesto**:
1. Ingeniero encargado de resolver problemas a usuario final en equipos de videoconferencia Cisco en las más de 150 salas de video a nível nacional.
2. Capacitación y adopción de uso para los usuarios de las salas de video Cisco.
**Actividades**:
1. Atención y soporte a más de 150 salas de video Cisco, incluyendo OS.
2. Atención y soporte a aplicaciones de usuarios Webex, Microsoft Teams y Zoom.
3. Adopción y uso de la solución de video.
4. Instalación de actualizaciones de aplicaciones Webex, Teams y Zoom.
5. Migración de salas actuales de On-prem a la nube de Cisco.
6. Solicitud de apertura de puertos para conectar con la nube de Cisco a salas de video Cisco.
7. Reportes de cantidad de usuarios en salas Cisco.
8. Reporte de utilización mensual de las plataformas.
9. Validación de chechklist en ventanas o migraciones de servicios de colaboración Cisco.
10. Reporte de sistemas operativos de equipos.
11. Reporte de altas, bajas y cambios de mantenimientos de telefonía y videoconferencia.
**Se ofrece**:

We have an immediate need for an experienced **IP** **Network Engineer. **This position can be based in **Ciudad Juarez, Monterrey, Mexico City, or Guadalajara, Mexico.**
**The Role**:
The **IP **Network Engineer** role will be mainly centered on supporting and growing the Flō Networks IP backbone. The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the Transtelco IP backbone to ensure maximum uptime for services. The role can include network design, documenting and managing the installation of a new network, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary. As **IP Network Engineer** on the Operations team, you maintain safe and efficient network operation. You oversee our network performance and our planned maintenances, and you respond to outages and issues in real time.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Deploy new backbone capacity.
- Perform migrations of services and backbone links.
- Proactively identify network issues, determine and recommend appropriate solutions in partnership with Engineering.
- Design, deploy, and maintain network systems.
- Document infrastructure information in the network inventory system.
- Collaborate with other teams to design and implement tools that help automate end-to-end processes that involve the network infrastructure.
- Collaborates with capacity management and system architects to assess near
- and long-term capacity needs.
- Configure routing protocols ISIS/BGP
- Deploy aggregation and core infrastructure.
- Provide escalated Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support.

**The Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or related field.
- +5 years’ experience managing and delivering network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Routing and switching technology experience.
- CCNP or CCNA/JNCIA certifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking and integration - on premise and cloud-based, firewalls, MPLS, VPN, BGP, ISIS.
- Knowledge of Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS) and IP/RSVP and LDP Network Architecture.
- Previous experience working with IP/MPLS based services: MPLS L3/L2 VPN, Metro Ethernet services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MEF standards.
- Experience with industry standards for circuit certifications/tests RFC3544 and Y.1564
- Strong relationship skills, demonstrated leadership and ability to take the initiative and make decisions independently.
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.
