**Candidate Scheduling & Coordination:**
+ Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and interview panels, managing calendars and sending timely confirmations
+ Coordinate interview logistics, including room bookings, video conference setup, and candidate travel arrangements when applicable
+ Send interview guides and materials to interviewers as needed
**Candidate Communication & Experience:**
+ Support the recruiter by providing clear and timely communication regarding interview schedules and general inquiries during the recruitment process.
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience by being responsive, professional, and helpful at any stage of the recruitment process
+ Assist with the onboarding process and new hire orientation schedules
**Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:**
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS ensuring compliance
+ Post and refresh job requisitions on internal and external job boards
+ Assist with generating recruitment reports and analytics from the ATS
+ Generate recruitment reports and analyze key metrics
**Administrative Support:**
+ Prepare and send offer letters and new hire paperwork
+ Process invoices from recruitment vendors and agencies
+ Assist with organizing and attending career fairs or recruitment events
+ Maintain recruitment files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
+ Support rollout and training in process updates and new recruitment tools
+ Order and manage recruitment supplies
+ Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition team
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field-or equivalent experience
+ 2-5 years of related experience
**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
+ Advanced English, role will be performed only in English
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, customer service and flexibility while proactively and positively impacting candidate and hiring manager experience
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
+ High level of confidentiality and discretion required
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Adept at utilizing Excel for data reporting and visualization
+ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
+ Knowledge of video conferencing tools such as Teams and Zoom

Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech
Role purpose
To manage a team of recruiters whilst driving effective & efficient recruiting strategies for Tech roles at HSBC & Global Service Center Mexico, working in close collaboration with globally distributed teams across other People areas.
Main responsibilities
+ Talent attraction strategies for Tech & Operations roles
+ Establish and maintain a relationship with Educational Institutions, Associations, and Exchange Groups, in order to create a portfolio of potential candidates and perform searches.
+ Administration of the CRM used for talent attraction
+ Team management
+ Conduct direct sessions with the clients to validate the requirements of the vacancies according to business needs.
+ Maintain continuous communication and follow-up with the client.
+ Participate in the implementation of projects of the area and strategies of talent attraction, as well as improvement initiatives.
+ Relationship with the Business Partner to be a strategic partner for the fulfillment of business objectives.
+ Carry out the action plans for the assertive selection of profiles specific in conjunction with the Researcher.
+ Execute the Talent Attraction strategy with activities such as: interview for competences, role play, panel interview, assessment center, psychometric tests, evaluation reports, etc.
+ Operational effectiveness and equipment control
+ Mantain the compliance indicators updated according to the times of guarantee and relationship with the customer
Requirements
+ Economic-Administrative Degree or related.
+ Minimum 5 years as manager at Talent Attraction for Tech roles.
+ Metrics and Reporting Management.
+ Experience in the management of diverse recruitment sources, and the design and execution of recruitment strategies for specialized profiles.
+ Knowledge in deep interview and competences (desirable certification)
+ Knowledge of MS Office
+ Fluent in English, written & verbal
+ Skills: Change management, team management, negotiation
