About the Role

The Outsourcing Team plays a vital role in our Bank Information Group. They manage and oversee the risks associated with outsourcing and third-party arrangements, including documentation related to operation resilience and exit strategies.

We're seeking a seasoned Outsourcing Manager to collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and service delivery teams to effectively manage ongoing supplier and intra-group relationships. This individual will ensure accurate documentation and regulatory reporting deliverables related to third-party management.

Job Title: Senior Logistics Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics specialist to optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing internal customers' inquiries related to logistics and resolving collection & delivery-related issues.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Identify and resolve gaps or issues within the supply chain, such as delays or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to logistics quality and cost operations for First, Last, and Middle-Miles.
• Generate reports on quality control metrics while adhering to industry regulations.
• Collaborate closely with operations, customer services, and logistics carriers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Fluent English language skills, with Spanish proficiency a plus.
