Job Overview
La división Komatsu Mining Hard Rock busca un Supervisor de Cadena de Suministro y Logística en México para liderar y supervisar las operaciones generales de la cadena de suministro, incluyendo compras, inventario de materiales y distribución/logística.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Liderar un entorno dinámico y multisitio en México para productos de roca dura, incluyendo equipo original, piezas y materiales, para garantizar que se superen las expectativas en cuanto a entrega, calidad, costo, inventario y objetivos de crecimiento.
- Asegurar que todas las operaciones de almacenamiento y cadena de suministro funcionen de acuerdo con los requisitos de salud y seguridad.
- Colaborar con el departamento de desarrollo comercial para determinar la combinación de productos y los requisitos futuros de la cadena de suministro.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Cadena de Suministro/Adquisiciones o disciplina afín, con un mínimo de 6 años de experiencia en liderazgo de cadena de suministro/adquisiciones, con responsabilidades crecientes.
- De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en supervisión o liderazgo de equipos.
- Imprescindible tener al menos 3 años de experiencia en puestos de creciente responsabilidad en la gestión de la cadena de suministro de equipos industriales, minería y autopartes.
- Se requiere experiencia en la optimización y gestión de la cadena de suministro.
- Imprescindible experiencia con las regulaciones y el cumplimiento normativo de la cadena de suministro. Imprescindible experiencia en gestión de materiales e inventarios.
- Se requiere experiencia en negociación, selección y gestión del rendimiento de proveedores.
- Capacidad para interpretar información financiera empresarial y proporcionar métricas financieras de la cadena de suministro.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas.

- Dominio del inglés.
