Make an Impact as an Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate within small teams to help some of the world's biggest brands answer and implement solutions for their most challenging strategic questions. You will immediately create meaningful contributions through taking ownership of deliverables and building external relationships with clients. Focusing on technology and data, you will gain broad exposure to a range of industries, including financial services, retail, restaurants, hospitality and more.

Specialization Track
We are looking for passionate and talented professionals, who share our vision for helping our customers with their most urgent business needs, and we are recruiting for four career tracks that make up our team. Track placement will indicate the types of projects where you will spend most of your time; however, we encourage and enable working across tracks to allow team members to acquire diverse skills and experiences.

Marketing
• Develop strategies and lead implementation of marketing campaigns and engagements; evaluate results to drive performance on behalf of Mastercard’s clients. Provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, leveraging customer, behavioral and transactional data and defining tangible results to both the client and Mastercard.
• ampling of questions we help our clients answer:
o How does a fintech client optimize new customer acquisition and existing customers’ life cycle value through effective targeting and communications?
o H w does a retail client drive foot traffic into store post-covid and/or optimize their ecommerce website to increase basket-size and average spend per customer?
o How can a large financial institution best execute on a portfolio conversion – for example, after purchasing another issuer’s portfolio – including components like internal and external communications, market launch, and more?

Prospectar y desarrollar clientes: Identificar oportunidades, calificar prospectos y generar leads de calidad.

En Deinsa Global lanzamos nuestro Programa de Pasantías Laborales, dirigido a estudiantes de alto rendimiento y profesionales que deseen iniciar su carrera en Marketing Digital y Gestión de Proyectos, dentro de La Plaza Digital, nuestra agencia interna de Marketing Estratégico y Soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial. Bajo la mentoría de expertos internacionales, los participantes asumirán un rol clave en la creación, automatización y ejecución de campañas digitales, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de diseño, contenido y análisis.
br>Responsabilidades principales
Gestión de Proyectos Digitales br>o Planificar y coordinar la ejecución de campañas y entregables. < r>o Reportar avances y aprendizajes al líder de proyecto. br>Creación y Automatización de Contenidos < r>o Diseñar materiales gráficos y presentaciones. < r>o Producir y editar videos cortos y Motion Graphics para redes sociales.
o Redactar textos publicitarios y posts de valor.
o Programar y automatizar publicaciones en plataformas (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
Publicidad Digital y Analítica br>o Configurar y optimizar campañas en Meta Ads Manager y LinkedIn Ads. br>o Generar reportes de resultados y recomendaciones de mejora.
Innovación con IA br>o Integrar herramientas de inteligencia artificial (ChatGPT, Claude, Deepseek u otras) para generación de ideas, copy y automatización de procesos. < r>
Lo que buscamos:
Formación en marketing, comunicación, diseño, carreras afines. Experiencia (académica o extracurricular) usando: br>o Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) y/o Canva.
o Meta Business Suite y Administrador de Anuncios; LinkedIn Ads.
o Creación de Motion Graphics. br>o Plataformas de programación/automatización de contenidos (p. ej. Hootsuite, Buffer). < r>Excelente redacción. br>Fuertes habilidades organizativas: manejo simultáneo de varios proyectos. br>Mentalidad creativa y analítica, proactividad y capacidad de trabajo colaborativo. br>
