We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
Job Description :
Work with stakeholders to collect and document business and functional requirements.
Analyze current banking processes, products, and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Map existing workflows and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Support the implementation of new banking products, services, or regulatory changes.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
Experience working with Developers, testers, and product owners in a Agile team
Experience working with Stories, Jira, or any other SDLC tool
Knowledge of core banking systems and digital banking trends
Assist in project planning, testing, and implementation phases.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on business processes.
Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
Lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions.
Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Team Overview:
You will be part of our restaurants Engagement and Execution team, leading key initiatives to drive growth across Latam. Engagement team is in charge of creating tools, and processes to guide the commercial team towards our yearly goal. You will be working with a team of Orangers and influencing key stakeholders to create a positive impact on our results. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of business strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving, as well as an interpersonal ability.
Engagement and Execution team members are very important for the expansion and sustainability of our business across the region, as well as helping our restaurant partners in maximizing their growth potential in our platform.
Role Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and solve top-priority problems/issues in our day-to-day execution of business strategies.
- Design and implement strategies to help our business and restaurant partners grow in a challenging and highly competitive environment.
- Work effectively across different operations teams within our Restaurant Central operation.
- Negotiate and align processes and standard communication procedures, in order to effectively implement our strategies and initiatives across different teams.
- Stay hands-on and drive excellence through problem solving and leadership.
- Work with a team of International stakeholders to move projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Set up initiatives on our internal system to boost sales of the restaurants in our platform.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/Mathematics or related field.
- 1.5-3 years of professional experience in CPG’s/Retail/Food Delivery/Financial Services companies, preferably with a commercial/marketing analytical expertise.
- Solid experience designing analyses and transforming data into insights to drive decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a project-oriented approach.
- Experience in tech, e-commerce, startups and delivery platforms is greatly valued
- Strong analytical skills: analysis design (MS Excel)
- Database management and modeling preferred (e.g., MS Excel Power Pivot, Power BI, R Programming, Python, Tableau, etc.)
- Great soft skills: cross-functional collaboration + influencing skills to get things done; active listening, etc.

**Responsibilities**:
- Interface with centralized staffing office on contractor hiring requirements and partner with business managers to forecast monthly headcount
- Consolidate bi-weekly Resource Justification submission requests for ‘time and materials’ and ‘fixed price’ resources globally

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate EHS&S Management Information Systems (EMIS) available on the market, including assisting clients with system requirements and software selection.
- Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution; Implement EMIS software for clients worldwide, assisting with system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement and improvements as required to meet overall business objectives of clients.
- Support consultant teams that configure/deploy environmental health, safety and sustainability solutions; specific activities include drafting and publishing system design documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.
- Participate in system support and training documentation teams and prepare and present training to internal consultants and client system users.
- Map and analyze end-to-end business processes within third party and proprietary systems as well as integration with EHS&S Management Information Systems software, following formal IT guidelines.
- Facilitate management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems.
- Serve as a power user of collaborative technology, and champion new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical architectures (i.e. Enablon, Intelex, SAI Global EHS 360, Cority, and other EHS&S software systems.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree holder in an environmental or technical field such as Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Theoretical Business.
- 1 year of experience is equivalent to 2 years of education.
- Diversified information technology background and knowledge of EHS software, methodologies, domains and technology an advantage but not required. (Environmental Compliance, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Audit Management, Incident Management & Risk Assessment)
- Enablon, Intelex, SAI Global EHS 360, Cority, Sphera, or other EHS&S software systems knowledge and education/professional experience a plus but not required.
